pizza looked good on their website but when we got it home it was black. i call them up told lori it was burnt and chris said that we ordered it crispy which we never did. I brought the pizza back to show them it was burnt. he agreed that we did not order it crispy but also stated it was not burnt. he then asked about the second pizza and again I show him the black crust. he then became so rude I told him just give me the redone one and I would not be coming back. He said that was fine with him because he doesn't need the business and then told me that he'd miss!!!! just absolutely rude and childish. I only brought the pizza back to show good faith that what I was saying was true and I wasn't looking for a free pizza . So if you look on the website expect a burnt pizza not the one that they show in the picture. Hindsight's 20/20 I wish I had taken a picture of that pizza
My first time ever ordering here and I called on a busy Friday night because I forgot to add something on my online order and the lady that answered the phone was one of the most polite person ever with ordering food. Not many places with good customer service like that.

I'm not a pizza person, first of all, so I decided to try every pizza restaurant I could around my area. So I ran into High Bridge!The food isn't greasy compared to other places I've had, which makes it pleasant for me to enjoy. I wasn't able to get to the phone in time for something they didn't have at the time but compensated with another food item which I wasn't expecting. The food came hot and delicious! And the staff is pleasant to talk to as well. Overall, this place is great!I'm definitely going to be ordering from here!
Highly recommend the chicken parmesan and the chicken alfredo!!! My entire family enjoyed this delicious meal and will definitely order again!! Can't wait to try the pizza!!

Remo the owner is always pleasant along with wife Morgan and staff. The food is awesome. Turkey and tuna subs. Chef salad and the French fries. We have ordered no complaints, highly recommend.
I usually get from here a lot. Almost always the same Oder and it’s great. My favorite place to eat in the area but today I got my order extremely poorly packaged normally two orders of jalapeño poppers come I. A larger box today they came in the same box 6 comes in. I got 9 instead of twelve and they were all jammed in the box stapled shut clearly you saw that they didn’t even all fit in there if you had to staple the box shut. I’d rather you call me and tell me you don’t wanna make my order or your too busy than for my food to ever come prepared like this. 9 times out of ten my food comes great so I’ll just assume you had a bad day. Though my dinner was ruined because of it. :/
