Absolutely horrible customer service, constantly told items that are on the menu "have been discontinued" . Some workers are polite but it's few and far in-between. Orders are hardly ever correct. Only one by me so I don't really have other places to go.
This place is busy! Heavy traffic flow. Surprised how they only have a couple of workers at a time. But these workers work hard! Regina is very friendly and warming. A major asset to this Dunkin Donuts. More places need a Regina working there! Very friendly and the place is very clean!
I waited in the store 20 minutes for a medium cream only coffee ,Boston cream donut and a apple fritter !!! I had to speak up I was the only one there except for the drive through it was 3:30 and not busy !! Really . Terrible customer service ? I've gone to this store for years and never had a bad experience like this
Not crowded, nice lady, piping hot vanilla chai. There was a delay for checkout, but thankfully it was short-lived! :)
Folks like to bash chains, but I've found that it's the crew that matters. Regina in the morning man ........ she has that ***t on LOCK! She drives the WHOLE crew! Can't say enough great things about her. You can tell the difference if she's ever not there.
Ordered egg and cheese croissant and they make it with bacon. when questioned they say dont make us feel bad, if you want we will make a sandwich or else leave. I have this problem every other day. either they miss an item in the order or make it wrong. VERY RUDE RUDE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This is the 2nd time I've ordered Dunkin from here in the last 2 weeks and again my drink was made wrong why have on the app oat milk as an option if you can't provide it. And I'm missing an entire box of munchkins honestly there's a Starbucks in target 3 minutes down the road your better off just going there at least they'll get your order correctly
