The young male (drive thru employee) taking my order was VERY PATIENT w/ me & my indecisiveness & the young female employee was very sweet & efficient with my order. I gave them a tip because I was both pleased & impressed at the level of service during such a busy & chaotic time.The donuts & the munchkins were FRESH so that made the tip even more worthwhile.
Ten in the morning. Doughnuts wiped out. Not a bakery. So, no doughnuts at a doughnut shop.Dunkin. Now I get it....

Rated this place 5 stars 3 years ago but now giving them 1 star as their lattes now consistently comes out burnt. Totally fine if this happens a couple times, but it's been happening almost daily for a few months now.
The drive thru was open but the lobby was closed and we had to use the restroom bad lol but subway it was lol
Done with this place until they replace that cantankerous monster taking orders at the drive thru
I've never really had a problem with them, but today there were so many. I understand they were busy and everyone has off days but it was a little ridiculous. I was ordering breakfast for my family so it was a bigger order than I normally get. Halfway through ordering she cuts me off and tells me my total and to come around to the window. I'm like wait I'm not done. Then they have to add an extra order because they closed out my first order. I got three coffees and they didn't offer a drink tray - not a big deal but still. Then I get halfway home and take a sip of my iced coffee and realize it's not decaf. I explicitly said decaf because caffeine makes me sick. I always over pronounce decaf to make sure. I go back to get the coffee fixed. I get home and of course my sandwich was completely wrong. I'm not going back to get it fixed AGAIN, but I don't even eat what they gave me. Very frustrating morning. I hope even when it's super busy they take a small fraction of time to make sure they're actually taking care of their loyal customers. When ordering make sure you check your orders before leaving just to be safe!
Coffee w/ 1 shot espresso delicious at 6 am w/ two of the best sweetest donuts around.
