Slowest dunkin I’ve ever been too which was weird because they had a few people there. Besides that they were cross contaminating!!!! Between making sandwiches and drinks. No gloves or switching glove. I should have taken pics but I was too much in a hurry to make a huge deal after waiting 20 mins to even get my turn. Never again.
I’m writing this because I had a manager walk past me. No acknowledgment whatsoever I hate this dunkin

Looks like they've got new hires because before it used to be one person doing everything. Everything has been a lot better during my visits as a result. Staff is polite, fast and efficient.
The manager was rude harassing me for sitting down saying that the lobby is closed for dine-in seating. I was off by myself at least 6 ft from the nearest person with my mask on waiting for my order. When they told me that I can't sit down I immediately got up and said ok but that's a little rediculous. I will never return to this location which is unfortunate because it's close to where I work
the employees are so nice, but no matter what time of day you come here there is an (at least) 15 min wait in the drive thru. to the point where cars just abandon their order because they don’t want to wait anymore.
