Girlfriend and I visited over the weekend. Great hidden place located close to downtown Schenectady. We love going to these kind of places in larger cities so it’s nice to know there is one close by. We recommend the Drumming Crab sauce, it was super tasty! Prices were very fair and the food was fresh. Staff was super friendly and attentive to us. We both ordered a combo of our own and both left with leftovers. Will definitely come back!

Oysters were ok. My husband really enjoyed the seafood boil. The calamari were dry and stringy, terrible. Fried fish dinner was also good.
Have been twice and can’t wait to go again. Cocktails (cosmos- were perfect) got a seafood boil each time, with butter garlic and old bay - perfectly seasoned and literally used my clam shell as a spoon for all that goodness. Had the mussels, clams, and shrimp- all perfectly cooked and great portions.

First time dining here. It's a really nice place. It kind of hurts that they are not on a main street that would attract more customers.Restaurant is a nice size. Very clean and neat. Smells like a seafood restaurant only when you walk in. There is a bar and currently they are only serving beer however the waitress said they will be having full bar services in the next few weeks. Maybe this will help attract more customers. She was really nice and friendly. We were the only customers there since it was kinda early when we went.In my opinion the taste of the food and amount of food was much better than my last trip to Boil Shack in Albany. It had a wonderful flavor with just the right amount of spice. I ordered the one pound of crab legs and half pound of shrimp combo. Came with an egg, piece of corn and a potato. The price, portion and taste all matched up.I really hope they stay because I will definitely go here instead of going to Albany.
We tried this restaurant for the first time today. Most reviews were positive. It took over an hour and a half for us to get our food. The waitress was super kind and apologetic and said the kitchen was short staffed.When the food came out it was amazing. Perfect amount, hot and fresh. We will definitely try this again and hopefully have quicker service.
Ordered Thru Uber eats got there and they claim they never got the order. Bad customer service had me waiting 10 mins to tell me food was not made while they figured out a address for someone else order. Was my first time ordering with them and I didn’t get food just a bad evening and still hungry
Awesome place! And only 10 minutes from our house… that could be dangerous. Lol. I love seafood… this could become a weekly stop. Great staff. Attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend. And it’s the type of food that is even better takeout/delivery. The yummy seafood gets to spend more time on its seasoned steam bath! Sooooo good!!!
I did not care for the food, the shrimp was not fresh tasting at all.. the fish without the breading was fine but with the fried breading it was just too much and way too spicy and over fried
