It was a really good experience. The waitress was friendly and always made herself available. Food was fresh and fast. Ordered mozzarella sticks, taco salad, and the super bird. All was made fast and tasted really good!

I'd strongly recommend against ordering food online for delivery from this Denny's. We ordered some food for my homebound sister-in-law; only one out of the three items in the order was delivered (but of course we were charged for all of it). We attempted to call the restaurant to address the problem, but got 20 busy signals and one instant hang-up over a two-hour period. We finally got through the next day, only to be told by the lady who answered that she couldn't do anything about the issue but would have the manager call us back "within the hour." It's been four and a half days as I type this with nary a word.

Breakfast started great, unfortunately while we were eating we could hear the staff openly talking about how the tips differ based on customers race. Shortly after my girlfriend brought up the ants next to our table. At that point I was still enjoying my coffee and could here the manager talking to staff “why are they still here, they’re done eating”. And again a few minutes later asking our waitress why we were still here. Definitely made me feel unwanted so I left my coffee and cashed out, a change of staff is much needed at this location.

My parents come here often as they have many appointments at Ellis, tonight I joined them. Stephanie the server takes excellent care of them and is so friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was excellent too!Stephanie is a genuine asset to your business! Kudos to her!!

Terrible employees, smelled like weed, took forever to be seated with an empty restaurant. After finally sitting down, wasn’t asked for drinks or food for 30 min. Several employees weren’t doing anything, just walking around looking dumbfounded. Extremely disappointing since I love Dennys

4-5 waitresses & 3 people in the kitchen. It took forever for our waitress to take our order and a long wait for the food. When my food was delivered, the hash browns were barely cooked, so I asked for them to be cooked a little more. She took my whole plate back and never came back. I had to watch the other 3 people I was with eat while having hunger pangs. We finally got her attention when everyone else was just about done - not once did our waitress check on us after initially delivering the food - and she was surprised that it wasn’t brought; apparently that was meant to be someone else’s responsibility, though she should have follow up. I ultimately never got my food, so didn’t get to eat. In the meantime, we did get to watch a rather unprofessional waitress, Stephanie (if I heard right) argue with a cook, acting like a loud-mouthed child.

Very bad service and staff fighting amongst themselves

We never have a truly bad experience at Denny's, either breakfast or lunch. As a chain, they have decent food and service. No one will mistake this place with fine dining, but it does serve its purpose. My wife and I stop in once in awhile, when in the area. This restaurant is much cleaner than the Wolf road location.

Food was absolutely amazing and delicious. The waitress we had was so sweet and quick with everything. The coffee was great. The food was fresh.

If you want to have a nice quiet lunch, don't come here. The kitchen staff was loud and unprofessional, cussing and yelling. Bad talking customers when we can clearly hear them. I had to hold my breath because my waitress and food smelled like weed.
