The cheese literally slid right off the pizza as the kids tried to eat. The toppings on the philly cheese steak pizza were cold... how?
It would be nice if the pizza was actually cooked , and if the pizza was actually what I ordered and not tomatoes thrown on cheese that tastes like literally nothing , thought id try it again cause its been a year since I went there but nopeeeee
The food came cold and it was horrible. I got a chicken parm sub that was rubbery and dried out. The meatball sub was chopped up meatballs and was gross. The pizza was greasy and had no flavor. Very disappointed!
It’s a hit or miss with this place. I have to agree with most of the customers that feel like this place is inconsistent. Some days is great others is not so great. Unfortunately tonight was the night it was a miss. I ordered a colossal cheese pie on 11/21/21 a little after 7:30pm and picked it up a little after 8pm. The cheese on the pizza was stiff and cold so we popped it in the oven hoping to warm it up and get the cheese to melt, unfortunately it didn’t do the trick and it doesn’t taste so great. My family and I will just have to find another pizza restaurant. It’s unfortunate because we don’t live too far from this location.
First time ordering from Custato’s tonight and it was delicious! Flavorful gluten free pizza, mozzarella sticks, wood fired meat lovers, and nice side salad. Will definitely be ordering again!
You guys are always really good. My place for pizza. Don't like the sign though. I think a business should not show political opinions.

Pizza done right! The slices are gi-normous! The boneless wings were great as well, perfect between being too crunchy and too chewy. Very friendly staff and nice decorations. Clean bathroom and ample parking out front. In November 2021 the Schenectady County Libertarian Coalition hosted Larry Sharpe at this location.
I loved the decor of the place and the food was good. Service was good.
Mediocre pizza and a complainer who doesn't BUY THE MOST AMERICAN BUILT CAR instead of blaming the president for something that's global.Disrespectful sign and a weak response. Americans used to DO instead of complain.
