Excellent food. Great place after Proctor’s

Went there for dinner. The waiter was very nice. The two older ladies who where seating people . They where very rude didn't even smile, I felt like we where bothering them. The food was okay portion size sucked and asparagus was hard. Not happy ! Unfortunately the hostess with the black hair didn't have a mask on. So I did see her facial expressions. She was RUDE!!!!!

To be very honest I was disappointed. The service was very slow. When finally received our food it was ice cold. I myself ordered a steak. It is very hard to mess up a steak. However they accomplished this. The steak was full of salt and seemed old. This event was for a birthday party. I was very embarrassed infront of my quest. I am italian myself. This was the worse dinner I ever had.I would not recommend this restaurant.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Took my family for easter and the way over priced food was terrible. I had a $40 T-bone no salad included and it was tiny and a disaster. The rest of the family was disappointed and whens our food finally came out after a long wait it took another 20 minute for the last one to be served. I never mind paying for good food and fair portions but this place is all thumbs down for our Easter, will never return to be ripped off again! PS Civitellos pizza and food are 10 time better than Perreca's ever was! Shame on them for ruining our Easter. To reply to the owners posts. No excuse quality, fairness and very bad confused service. No plan to ever come back!

We had a reservation for 4:30 and we’re not served until 5:55. We were not that hungry, so it was not a big deal. Waiter was friendly. Nice atmosphere. Calamari appetizer was delicious. I had the chicken Milanese. I have to concur with another guest who ordered the same dish. Rather dry and not enough sauce. My husband had a shrimp dish that he enjoyed. When we paid, I was surprised to see a credit card surcharge of $4.00. . I know some restaurants do this, but there was no notice that this was the policy at this restaurant.

Food was good. Went Friday during restaurant week (& Lent) but the "special" menu did not have a fish on it. Had to ask multiple times, different staff if we could order off reg menu & were finally given a menu (but our server did not give us the dinner specials that we overheard being given to another table) Multiple asks for a beverage straw. It was early in the evening so not yet crowded so not sure why the server was "off". All in all, Food 4*, Service 2.5*

Wonderful dinner Saturday night with two other couples. Our second time there since they closed a couple years ago (we were there Christmas Eve). Everyone loved their food, and the service was great. We were happy to see that much of the original staff had returned and the place is as we remembered it. We live 45 minutes away, but look forward to our next visit.

On Friday, April 23, 2022, my husband and I decided to go out to dinner after work. We saw on social media that Cornell's is open again and under new management. We Googled Cornell's, and they now have the ability to make reservations online through Resy - how convenient! There were limited times available, and we reserved the last available time for a table (as opposed to a high-top), time: 5:15 pm. The hostess was very pleasant and greeted us as soon as we arrived. (Side note: The bar area looked quite busy at this time.) The hostess accepted our reservation and we were seated at a quiet table at the back of the dining room and provided with menus. The decor has not changed between ownership, it is still tastefully decorated, warm, inviting, and clean. We were quickly provided with chilled water and a basket of Perrecca's famous bread. Our server, Dani, arrived within in a few minutes to take our drink order. Dani gave us just the right amount of time to look over the menu and make our selections. I ordered the chicken francaise with spaghettini and my husband the chicken parmesan with cavatelli. We ordered bruschetta as an appetizer to share. When the bruschetta arrived we were surprised by its uniqueness, it is most often served on small, crispy slices of toast, this was served on half a loaf of Perrecca's bread. The bruschetta had melted fresh mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, garlic, and onion, and the whole thing was drizzled with a lovely balsamic vinegar (rich and sweet) - it was amazing! Next, our entrees arrived. The chicken francaise was just the right size, two generous pieces of chicken and just the right amount of pasta. The chicken breasts were thin, but not too thin, and immeasurably tender. The pasta was al dente. I also asked to have the pasta placed on the plate with the chicken and lemon sauce. I would give this entrée a 9/10 – the lemon sauce could use a bit more lemon. The chicken parmesan was also plentiful, the perfect thickness, with just enough breading with ample mozzarella. The red sauce was good and the cavatelli were delicious. My husband would give this entree an 8.5/10 – perhaps a bit more crispiness to the breading. To round out the meal, we order an espresso and two tiramisu desserts. The espresso arrived with a lemon peel and was good. The tiramisus were absolutely delicious – kudos! In conclusion, it was wonderful. We used to frequent Cornell’s restaurant on a weekly basis under the previous ownership; however, at one point the food and service became seriously lacking and we did not feel as though we were getting our money’s worth, the experience was no longer enjoyable. We were elated to hear that the owners of Perrecca’s had purchased the property and were working to re-open the restaurant. We decided to try the restaurant again, and are SO glad we did – we had an all-around wonderful experience. And best of all, we enjoyed all of this for less than $100. We’ll be back! P.S. While there, we even caught a glimpse of Maria Papa!

wonderful brunch, great service, reasonable prices, nice atmosphere

The taste of the food was delicious, however don’t expect to be full when you leave. They served about three tablespoons of pasta! Since pasta is inexpensive and this is an Italian restaurant….?‍♀️ Too bad
