Civitellos is the real deal, as a child on a hot summer night our family would love to go to civitellos for the lemon ice! You can taste the passion these woman have in everything they make! The tradition lives on and we are so fortunate, thank you ladies❤️

This place looks as tho the lights are barely on, but by all means go inside. You will find the best frozen Italian desserts anywhere. The spumoni! The lemon ice! The tortoni! I live near the famed North End of Boston and no dessert there holds a candle to Civitellos
Amazing! Pastery like nonna made, sandwiches, Tomato pie with chunks of garlic that rivals Utica and across the street hands down. Get it early because they run out or better yet, order it. Gelato is amazing! I think the biz has been there for 96years and they are same family. Tradition at its finest. Enjoy!
I called ahead to be sure they had tiramisu. And I so wanted to love their tiramisu. I really did.It was soggy, the ladyfingers were very porous and more like cake than cookies, cream wasn't very thick or dense on top, flavor was okay.Just didn't hit that tiramisu spot.Please know they have LOTS of other yummies and goodies to choose from and they have excellent service but, sadly, they won't make it as my go-to for tiramisu.
Great old school Italian bakery. The manager is great. I came in with my kids and they were all over the place asking questions and just being kids and she was awesome! She was great and when my kids left they ran behind the counter and gave her a huge hug! I was like "oh my, I am sorry" but she was like "no way, that just made my day!" It was a nice feel good moment. Oh and the baked goods are awesome!
I new I loved the place from the minute I walked in. The owners of the business were very friendly and the food and desert was awesome and I will definitely return ! See you on 911

The sandwiches there are phenomenal. The deserts will blow you away.....the italian ice (lemon in particular) is the best anywhere. This is truly a hidden gem. If you are lucky enough to happen upon it, we will find yourself at that end of town frequently.
