This is literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life. My burrito was the size of a Rubik cube. I paid 13 dollars for a burrito that was half the size it should be. All the portions of the toppings I was given were skimped on. I got queso in my burrito and only got like 1 tablespoon instead of the whole scoop. It’s so disappointing, and upsetting that I paid 13 dollars for a burrito and it was 4 bites of food. Do better this is unacceptable. I’ve never written a google review before but this really pushed me over the edge. I will never be going here again
The Niskayuna establishment is always out if something, this time no lettuce. As if this isn’t enough ordered the carnitas which was extremely “salty” which made this not edible. Husband ordered the pollo asado which barely had any pollo. It’s becoming not worth spending your $$ ordering at this place if quality & taste isn’t a priority! Hoping they would improve.
Best chipotle hands down! The staff are always nice and enjoy their co workers.The way they make the burrito is better than any other chipotle. They add the perfect amount of ingredients. They always wrap it good. The wrap is always warm because they leave it on for long enough on the hot plate. They put enough salt and lime juice on the chipsGOOD JOB!!! I never leave bad reviews but this is terrible service. We have ordered 3 orders in a row now that have been completely incorrect. Just awful service. We eat at Moe’s now.
Delivery driver picked up the food and delivered in a timely manner, but the food was ice cold. Seems that every time I use a coupon, they give me what I pay for. Even when I dont, they still find ways to screw it up. Cant call because the robot outright refuses to connect me to a human, and the feedback section on the website wont let me submit my entry. I know you wont see this, but your business model seems to be based on the idea that as long as you ignore complaints, there wont be any.
Usually very fast and tasty food, lately always missing something (Yes, I am aware of shortages) no cilantro in the "cilantro rice" no juice for kids meals no soft shells for kids meals...I have to say I've been disappointed several times. My kids love it so I keep going back hoping it will improve but, ...not so far thoughFeatures: Most precautions seem to be self-determined. No "6ft markers" on floor, no masks required ( most staff unmasked) no restricted seating.
The Niskayuna , ny location seems to always have a staff of disrespectful kids . I went in on March 15th 2022 @ 2:40 ordered a chicken bowl with a soda order came to 13.66 I gave the cashier 15.00 she informed me with a very rude tone she ain’t got no change her exacts words. I said I’m not gonna take the loss I’ll go n get the change . Came back in with the change n the rude little children behind the line needed to be heard and started saying it’s not our problem if u don’t have the exact change . This place needs strong management to train the staff need by example . I won’t order from here any more . I’ll go to else where .
Will not be going back to this location. I ordered a bowl with steak and was given a few pieces, I asked for a little more and the girl threw in 2 more pieces. My steak bowl was basically a rice bowl. My husband told her no rice in his burrito 4 times and she put it in anyways. He had to repeat it again and she threw it out. She then became rude and started complaining about customers.This is the last time I will be going to that location and maybe Chipolte all together.
The quality of this establishment at this location has deteriorated dramatically. They do not give equal portions among the members of my party clearly favoring the males and giving them larger portions than the females and the last time we were there we mentioned it and they were quite rude. Plus when we got home we found the chicken undercooked, bland and almost flavorless, which was quite the surprise as their chicken is usually quite tasty. Really disappointed and if we want to go back to Chipotle we will drive a little farther to go to another location, but it will be a while after this last experience.
The staff is excellent! Great crew with a very good supervisor that pulls it all together. Very long lines go extremely quick because of super efficient staff. Oh, and the food is great too.
