How do they have no staff to open til lunch than they had no coffee. I see Breakfast going up and sizes getting smaller n cold
I was running errands and decided to grab some lunch on my way to the next stop. I went through the drive-through at the Burger King on Campbell Rd. in Rotterdam, NY. I was the 5th car in line and it took 22 minutes to get my food.I have no idea what took so long, but I will not go back there until they figure out how to put the 'fast' back into fast food.
So the burger king itself was great. I tried the impossible whopper. Yeah... It just doesn't do it for me!

Everytime order is wrong forget everything, bad manager experience. Grubhub is even worse. Never has zesty sauce. Just burn this one down along with the mall.

Friendly people at drive thru. Food was good and hot and, in my opinion, best fries in fast food... Hands down. I bought the spicy Chking and it was hot and good. The pickles were thick and very good on it.
