Ordered chicken sorento. If it’s on your menu you should be able to make it properly. The side of pasta was very good almost 4 star good. But with over $20with delivery. I have to say it was the worst meal I’ve ever ordered takeout. The chicken was so overclocked I could not cut it the eggplant was so over cooked it was just this side of burned and disintegrating like ashes. Every time I’ve eaten there it’s only been pizza and it’s always been delicious. I will end where I began, If it’s on your menu you should be able to make it properly.
I have been in the area for at least 8 years and this is the best pizza in the Capital Region. Fresh ingredients, crispy & delicious pizza, and always delivered on time! Our favorites are the 12 cut chicken parm & the BBQ.
Pizza & wings were delicious. Delivery person (Kylie) was great. Prices are reasonable.
Best pizza in town! We always order from Broadway Joe's...and they never disappoint! Best pizza, amazing antipasta salad! The delivery folks are super awsome to! Always on time, always courteous??
I always order from here… I live 5 min away. Delivery is spot on. Food always hot. Chicken parm sub is real chicken pounded out, not tenders and never soggy like the other places on Altamont Ave. Little hidden gem on Broadway. Thank you!!!
Ordered when visiting and worst pizza ever. Staff arguing with me complaining very rude and unprofessional substandard to community feel of surrounding area. They need to do better.
Over an hour wait which wasn’t the bigger issue, (even though we live 5 mins) food arrived cold, mini tacos were super pain just meat. Chicken deluxe the chicken tasted odd and was just plain. They definitely have bipolar food sometimes it’s ok pizza is definitely most of the time great but other times it’s gross… there’s not many places to eat around here so not many options. Service is always great but just so disappointed
Poor customer service and management. Our Pizza and wings delivery arrived extremely cold and unacceptable. Called the store to have the order taker tell us if we want a warm pizza we should pick it up next time. Just another step in the downward spiral of the decline in quality provided by broadway joes. 12/26/2021 6:07pm.
Chicken wings were undercooked and the front counter service was terrible. The girl had an incredible attitude with me. Don't go here if you expect good food and a nice friendly staff.
