Was excited as this place is near my house. Came to get a salad and waited over 25 mins for it to get made. Didnt seem like there was nearly enough employees for the amount of orders and work they had. Broken Refrigerator in the back of the store is gross. They keep there drink stock in this old broken fridge and it looks awful to customers. Employees look like they are one step from quitting. Oh What could have been.
I spent $30 for two salads and didn’t receive chicken on either salad tried to call to let them know But no one would answer the phone I’ve called multiple times I don’t usually do this but this isn’t the first time and it’s not cheap. I ordered from the Troy hoosick st location. I would like to be reimbursed.
Menu is diverse. Basically anyone can eat here. Healthy, delicious and great customer service. Molly was friendly, prompt and made great food. ??
Just left, had the fiesta salad. FANTASTIC! Fresh and delicious and girl who helped us was adorable, friendly a complete pleasure!!!
I have had a horrible experience I went to this location 2 and a half months ago and didn’t get what I ordered which was a steak salad bowl I was on break from work and I went to Bowled on my lunch break and I paid almost $20 for a steak salad bowl and a drink I got if to go I went back to my job to eat and was disappointed when there was no steak in my salad so basically paid $20 for a regular garden salad I called and was told my money would be refunded because I didn’t have time to go back but it still hasn’t been refunded this place is a rip off I have called and called and was told over and over again that it’s gonna be refunded and it still hasn’t been and here it is 2 and a half months later I will never go there again poor customer service rip offs
I order from bowled fairly regularly and they have forgotten dressing or had missing ingredients a few times. Their Apple cider vinegar dressing is part of the reason we order from there so missing it is a little frustrating . Also each time they have forgotten dressingor something else if I have driven back or Gotten someone on the phone I have barely gotten an apology. Once no big deal 2 irritating 3 times ok let’s try to do something different. 4 times I check the bag make sure all my food is ther and I have dressing. I also now keep dressing In the fridge at work…… my GFs at work and I have gone back to ordering other placing. still in a pinch or lunch out with friends I like their healthy options and everyone is human sooo just keep it moving. Today however I place an order online like normal it’s my birthday wanted to have lunch with my husband. we order 2 salads to go like always I get back we sit for the short amount of time. I ordered both salads with quinoa and double chicken spinach and arugula on a lafeista bowl. My husband and I sit down start cutting up our salads and what we got was no quinoa and no chicken light colored lettuce white stalks no spinach just toppings. My husband has a fairly labor intensive job sooo just lettuce and some toppings isn’t gonna cut it. I try to call several times no answer. I leave a message hoping they can remake them correctly while I am driving back…… I drive back I wait in line because now it’s their lunch rush I specifically order before that so they wouldn’t be busy and I wouldn’t hit traffic….. they young girl looked at the 2 salad in my hand after I told her their was no chicken because I need to get back to work and I don’t have time to wait. she looked at my receipt and said “ sorry do you want me to put the chicken on it” I said yes please that would be wonderful do you have a number for corporate?” She talked to a women who promptly went into the back and didn’t return untill I asked again for a corporate number. She walked out I explained calmly because getting irate isn’t helpful to anyone. My ingredients being wrong has happened several times (the second time I left a negative review on the google page) she stared at me blankly and stuttered after a few seconds I told her they should really work on making sure the orders go out correctly and I shouldn’t have to check every order to make sure it’s right. I told her I had to get back to work. She didn’t say a word not even sorry. This will probably be the last time I order from here this is not good business!!! Truly disappointing also not sure what I ended up with was even double chicken…..
I placed an online order for 2 rice bowls with spicy chicken and 1 salad with steak. I placed the order which said would be ready in 30 minutes (at 7pm) so I went right at 7. I sat there for 15 minutes for them to catch up on orders and then make mine no worries. When I went up to grab it they let me know that they had no chicken at all. They offered me steak, tofu, or bacon which neither person like. I was never once notified of this upon arriving at the store and sitting there waiting for 15 minutes for them to make it, knowing that they had no chicken at all. When I said I was no longer interested because I paid 13 dollars for a rice and chicken bowl and didn’t just want rice and lettuce I was treated like an inconvenience. upsetting.
Straight out of the gym I got a very clean, protein shake with whey protein almond milk cocoa powder, and banana, it tasted delicious!

Coming from Massachusetts, in the area for work.came cross this place yesterdayand everything was amazing!From customer service ,to preparing my food!!!I'm definitely coming back!!!Please open a spot up in Massachusetts!!!That peanut butter and jelly shake is amazing!!!!
