I don’t like posting bad reviews but i ordered chicken tenders and couldn’t even tell if i was eating tenders or a fish fry which tells me that the oil you use is old and needs to be changed, the cheese sauce that i ordered with my fries was basically water and oil personally i thought it was a salad dressing, and the fries were the only thing that was good and there wasn’t hardly any in there. After eating a little bit of the chicken (there was four as you can see i barely ate it) my stomach started hurting really bad.Kinda disappointed because they used to be really good and I’m not sure what happened.
Great service great food great prices had the buff chicken waffle fries and they were delicious and the Mac and cheese they were large portions had the pulled pork Mac and the buff Mac both were phenomenal can’t wait to go back.
a beautiful bar and a nice place to eat, Very good grilled chicken wrap. The trio sauce wings are excellent!
Long wait for food (1 hr 15 mins), not enough waiters, lighting is too dim and TVs too loud. Could barely hear the people we were with.. Food was yummy tho ?

Good food. Burger was cooked perfectly, my fries were crispy and perfect. The waitress was great, friendly and efficient. Only complaint is we had my granddaughter with us and there was no high chairs there.
I usually order take out from here using grub hub but recently went in person with a good friend. We had a drink there and brought food home. We absolutely love the food here and the in person customer service is excellent. All of the employees we interacted with had great personalities, very friendly and interactive. I can’t wait to go back! They also have the best onion rings ever but, everything I have tried so far is excellent!
1st. Lenny has a HORRIBLE voice.2nd. Service went down hill, quickly3rd, food sucked. I use love the food here, especially pizza. But pretty sure they put about 8tps of salt on their pizza's. I legit spit it out on my plate, told the waitress I didn't want to bring it home, because it was horrible. I was told she'd let the staff know. Now I'm out $25 on a pizza that was disgusting. And an experience that went so horribly wrong, I will NEVER return here. EVER AGAIN.
As most places are struggling with staying open and finding food help throughout this COVID fiasco, Bourbon Street stepped up their game. The service has never been better, the place is clean, well stocked and the food pretty consistent. Tried their new Taco Tuesdays and was truly impressed with the freshness and delicious factor. Great job! Also, please never take Fiddlehead off the taps. ?
