Make sure you check your order. They used to apologize and offer a refund or remake it while you wait. Now it seems it is too commonplace. Last time I ordered I had to drive back to return it only to find it was remade wrong when I got back home again. Love the pizza but the service can vary.
The pizza was wonderful and the working staff were exceptional! A young lady and young man were working very hard but made sure to be kind and personable to the customers.
Very unique pizza menu. very tastey, crust is crunchy good. Fire oven. Great employees. Great atmosphere, kinda goth industrial. Employees are very motivated, police, helpful and actually smile.
The pizza is great however that’s when they get your online order correct which is rarely so we started going there to “watch” them make it but they are way too slow and still managed to lose my pizza when they couldn’t keep them numbered correctly and instead put a sauce topping on and boxed it for takeout for some other poor soul who also won’t get what they ordered! Stuyvesant location is so much better!! Won’t be returning to this location even though it would be more convenient.
My family loves Blaze so much that their eyes lit up when I invite them to eat here. Pizza is always ALWAYS tasty and cooked perfectly. The BYO pizza is ?

The staff at this location has been pleasant each of the three times I have been here. The place seems to always be well kept and the wait depends on volume, as always. I have been there where I could get in and out, and I have been there when they have been so busy that I waited with many others. As far the food, it's Blaze, you'll get what you expect.
Pizza is reasonably good, customer service is horrible. I ordered from them because they list vegan chorizo as a pizza topping...only because they list that topping. I've tried to get it twice. First time, pizza came, no chorizo. I called and they said they were out. I'm like, ok, so you couldn't call me and tell me you were out? No. We don't do that. We usually just SUBSTITUTE something else....without asking. So 2nd try, everyone gets a 2nd try right? This time, i call first and ask if they have the vegan chorizo, because i really want to try that and they didn't have it last time. Yes, we have chorizo....vegan chorizo right?...yes, vegan chorizo. Great. I place the order via doordash after that, i get mushrooms instead of vegan chorizo. Again, no call to let me know....or to ask if i even LIKE mushrooms. Just substitute them. Then i call back, nobody answers. Maybe they were closed, not sure, thought they were open until 10, but maybe only 9pm and it was just after nine when i called.You should not be substituting mushrooms without asking someone. Luckily, i don't absolutely hate mushrooms, but maybe I did, how would you know, i mean, pick up a phone for goodness sake. And don't lie to people when they call and ask if you have an ingredient before ordering. I won't be ordering from you again, as much as i'd love to try vegan chorizo on my pizza. So disappointing.
One of the crew members was so unprofessional and just plan rude, I believe his name was Jesus. He made me feel so uncomfortable while I was there, he was making remarks to me about how I was dressed and was hitting on me asking for my number. I kept telling him no that I had a boyfriend but he didn’t seem to care. Something needs to be done about him because clearly he doesn’t care and I’m sure I’m not the only women he has done this too.
This place is so great, the staff is always nice, helpful, and upbeat! Sam and Aubi are always so welcoming to customers and always make my order with love. These people make my day ❤️I
