As Entertainment Facility Proctors itself will rate 4 stars but Apostrophe Cafe&Lounge only 1 star. Why? Because about 5 on the floor including security guard 1 or 2 always, about 4 cashiers at the front desk but guests area disorganized, filthy, food in showcases sometimes week old from local culinary school Cross a street. Coffee? Yes, it's good because lavazza. Advice for the actors, bartenders, baristas to be, please, love your customers and environment you work. I do believe that you like be not only in warm but cozy places too, make your cafe/longe more attractive and make sure your food is attractive too.
