Never coming back to this locatioI ordered a drink that the manager bought out which had lipstick on it.Manager replaced the glass but did not comp it. Than my friend ordered fish and chips and again the manager brought it out with half of the fish being bad. After I called the manager over I said this is the 2nd thing that went wrong you have to comp her mealHer meal was comped but not the wine. Played phone tag with manager for weeks. Please inspect utensils,glasses and food if you go here.
The hostess was nice. we were greeted and seated immediately for table of 6. The most interesting part of the evening was the manager Mr.Desmond. Seeing the way he go around checking on the guess and making sure they were happy with the service. I live upstate New York and I just stop here while on my way to the city I would definitely visit this restaurant again.
Appetizer and entrees came out together when I questioned the waiter he acted like what’s the problem? Really?? Manager came and took them back. No other tables in the restaurant and service was horrible. They took the entrees back but didn’t bring them until I got up and asked for them which was more than 30 minutes. Then I had to get up and ask for the check. This location will be closed in time which is unfortunate.
Slow week day lunch visit (1:30pm). Asked for extra crispy fries did not get it. Got an appetizer platter. Sesame chicken was over cooked and some pieces were the size of a grape. Breaded shrimp was totally covered and had a tail on it. Ribs were lukewarm while chicken and shrimp was hot. We did get 20% off meal but left very disappointed. It should not have been this bad during a very slow time.
Waited over 2 hours for our main courses. Which we never stilled received. Our waitress just left and no one came to replace her till we kept trying to figure out where our food was. Our food was under cooked, cold and my daughter’s broccoli was burnt and had a piece of lime that looked sucked on. Gross! No one once came to check up on us, or remove our huge pileOf dishes from our appetizers. Very disappointed and definitely won’t be returning here! Not sure who was more flustered? The waitress or me? :-/
Not the best TGI Friday's. You need to have patience here. It's a hit or miss at this place. Sometimes the waiter could be in a good mood sometimes they are indifferent and don't present as much enthusiasm or energy. The food comes out on time. No need to worry about the food. The food still tastes good, It's just the service that is lack luster.
Haven't been there in a while. Had combination with ribs shrimp broccoli ? and mash potatoes ? Everything was good
They're always very accommodating, regardless of group size. If you know their menu, you know exactly what you're getting. I especially like their sizzling entrees. On this last visit I wasn't thrilled with my drink, though, as it tasted like straight up juice. Being one of the main things they're known for, they lose a star on this one.
Everything is strange nowadays with COVID. What typically would be a filled venue as I got there right before prime time dinner was not. Their bar is a large "U" shape with at least 25 seats. This evening only 3 people at the bar including myself. Needless to say the staff of three was attentive. The restaurant was lightly populated but that's not a bad thing considering the times. Food is always decent at TGIF.
Went there 11/19/2021. Got a table right away, not busy at all. Waitress came to take drink order, then came to take appetizer order. 23 mins later our food came out and still no drinks which was a soda and & ice tea. As we had our appetizers she took our food order. Food came out and I ordered my steak med-raw. Steak was cooked well done. So I sent it back, Now waiting over 20 mins I asked for a manager to come to over. Requested two time and finally on the third ask he came over. Manager was nasty and seemed like we bothered him. We explained what happen and asked for the food to stay in the kitchen and take it off the bill. Felt bad for waitress because she tried her best. Manager was rude and nasty. Won’t be returning .
