Waited 15 min to be asked our beverage order, waitress spilled entire glass of water on one of our guests, request for dry napkins ignored, silverware was not clean, one guest with nut allergies was served a dish with a random pine nut in it, burger grossly over cooked, rest of the food was soggy and bland - and when the bill came it was for the full amount. I had eaten at the restaurant last fall and it was very good. Not sure what happened but this time was awful.
It was a bit cold in the restaurant, although itâs summer we were all pretty much freezing while eating. One guest did not enjoy the special of braised short rib and found it very salty. Other than that everything was absolutely great!
Our server Xavier Logan was exceptional. Best server I have had in years.
The waitstaff should tell the customer that the Polo Alla Parmigiana entree is big enough for two people to share. Two of us ordered that entree. We only needed to order one and we could have saved $35.00 or ordered something else from the menu.
Not my first time and every time at Serafinaâs is always a pleasure. Their staff is always pleasant and attentive!
The Calamari was very strange. The coffee was black water. (I donât know how you managed that!) It wAS SO loud. The rest of the food was very good and the Champagne Cocktail was excellent. The noise level would absolutely prevent me from returning or recommending it to anyone I like. Monitor the music to the noise level
Nice ambiance, food was great, service was friendly and helpful. They were attentive but not annoying. I would go back again for sure very soon.
A good time was had by all. Attentive service and the food was quick and very good. The bloody Mary was a bit too watery and the espresso was not very good. The deserts were outstanding. The chocolate 7 layer cake was the best Iâve ever had.
Entrees arrived after very long delay. One entree was overcooked while the other was re. Service was fine. I've been to 2 other Serafina restaurants and found them to be very good. This one has a problem with the capacity of the kitchen when busy
I like Serafina. This was my 3rd time to this location and I thought it was better than ones Iâd been to over the years in Manhattan. I love the branzino and have had it each time. The 2nd time it was fishy but the other times it was good. I just canât get over what they charge for a plain salad! I had arugula with 2-3 cherry tomatoes and a little parm on top, $19. That is astronomical!
