yesterday around 4pm, I'm looking for a table while my wife is ordering a sandwich, soup, salad, and soda, but there is no clean table.I told employees to clean the table, but he wouldn't listen.And the employees are angry with customers and are too unfriendly. I didn't want to eat there, so I took it home and ate it. I will never go again

I went for the first time ever with my woman. Been back 5 times since. No matter what time you go the food is fresh and great.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!or even better don’t go to any Panera store. I went for a cup of coffee and to my surprise the coffee station was filthy and full of dust (zoom in the picture) also the milk containers dirty. The staff very rude. I wasn’t expecting that at all. But after reading all the reviews I figured Panera Bread doesn’t care at all because they are not doing anything to fix the issue.
This place has gone downhill!! Especially since recently changing managers!!! My daughter ordered her lunch on the app 1 hr prior to pickup and when she got there she was told she had to wait and there was a ridiculous line there. When I stated what we were waiting after placing order on line. They gave us the order about 10 minutes later. And it wasn’t anything that we had ordered, they completely made us sandwiches and threw in the bag whatever they felt. We were in a rush we didn’t think to look in the bag until it was too late. She ended up going to work without eating lunch and I had to pickup something for her again elsewhere for her break which she took early because she hadn’t eaten anything! I will NEVER go to this location again!!!
This is the most horrible location. I have witnessed on January 8, 2022 most horrible behavior of Manager from Scarsdale, NY location. Customers bough a food to stay and it was served in the dishes to stay, but they were not allowed to eat inside. They could not take food outside because it was served in the dishes. When customers complained about situation the Manager came and throw the food to the garbage. What a disgrace and very disrespectful behavior of Manager and employees. Seriously this incident needs to be reported to the headquarters.?
This Panera should honestly just close down at this point. They have no staff and the staff they do have don’t know what they are doing. My order is always getting messed up and there’s always a very long wait due to the lack of staff. And to be blunt, the general manager is a joke. She has no clue how to manage a business. You’re better off driving an extra 15 mins to the Tarrytown Rd. location.
I order 30 minutes ahead on the app bc I know this location gets busy. And I get there and still no order on the shelf. I’m tired. I only have 30 minutes for lunch. I don’t have time to wait another 30 minutes on top of the 30 EXTRA minutes I gave because they’re busy. How far ahead should I order an hour?! This is crazy.
Food is good. But the curbside pick up at this location no matter how far in advance never brings food out on time. I think they should just remove it from this location. They are not capable
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. If I could give this location zero stars, I totally would. The waiting time is ridiculous, the workers are immature, rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and get mad if you ask for an update on your order, and the MANAGER won’t help you until you’re about to walk out the door. Please save yourself a headache and go to another location.
