8:00 PM, Wednesday night, June 8th 2022. My associate Andrew S and I walk up to Jackie B’s restaurant with one thing on our minds, hamburgers. At that point we were two innocent souls, unaware of the horrors that were soon to follow.8:10 PM, Andrew and I walk up to the side counter and put our orders in. I order a double cheeseburger (with bacon) and my associate orders a peanut butter milkshake (small) as well as a single cheeseburger. Still than we were two innocent souls, untainted by the mind numbing wait that would soon shatter our perception of reality.8:20 PM, Andrew and I continue to wait patiently for our order still undisturbed by the seemingly reasonable wait time. Andrew’s milkshake comes out and we are optimistic. We could not have been more wrong.8:30 PM, Andrew and I sit whilst continuing our wait at the side tables. Still, the wait time seems reasonable albeit on the longer side for a burger.8:45 PM, Andrew and I sit with growing impatience as our ravenous stomaches growl with anguish. Our fractured minds begin to wonder whether or not our order had been forgotten, withered away like we were soon bound to be.9:00 PM, Andrew and I are finally handed our meals. However, our sullen faces are greeted with no apology for the longevity of the wait time. We leave disappointed, not due to the quality of the burger (it was rather good) but due to the wait we had endured.

Warm, welcoming, friendly, and cozy bistro. Delectable menu and the drinks are devine. The manager/waiter/bar-keep makes you want to come back again and again...Outdoor and indoor seating!
Owner is extremely rude. New to the area, the burgers are decent (when they cook them the way you ask) but I will not be coming back. The first time I sat there I found a piece of paper at the bottom of my drink and the waiter thought it was funny and said “it happens” kept going back but this attitude by the owner was final straw. Also, they can’t cook the burger the way you want it. Does the pic I added look like medium well? It’s raw. Prices are decent though I will say that but better places in the area to go to.
Ordered for delivery shrimp tacos which were the most inferior I have ever had. This restaurant is a disgrace and vastly below Scarsdale standards. It’s a wonder I didn’t get sick. This place shows absolutely no pride in one’s business if it’s let’s food out like that.. Really deserves a -1 grade.In addition the hamburger ordered was too raw to eat half of it after it was ordered to be medium. Poor Quality!!!
Food was mediocre...very overpriced....forgot our steak sandwich in the delivery...gave me a hard time on phome until they found it. I said i need it delivered. They said i have to go througb delivery service and hung up on me. My husband went to pick it up. Didnt apologize. Steak sandwich was cold. Didnt offer to make a new one..NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN!
Great place for brews and American style comfort food. They also have a good layout for watching sports on the multiple TV'S
Jackie B's was nice. Would like to see more vegan options but they have a nice menu and the food has not disappointed us yet! The staff was very friendly as well.
Poor customer service. Ordered early via Uber Eats for 5-5:30p delivery. I called since I did not receive a confirmation. I was told the cook can't see the times on the order so nothing they can do. Beware if you are ordering for a time other than ASAP via Uber Eats.
Total comfort foods which I loved, but prices are a bit high for the amount of food served. Overall not bad at all. Waitress was super friendly
