I went today and I ordered black milk bubble tea. Girl charged me $4.95 and additional .50 cents cause I asked for a slushier consistency. She barely put any ice in there and told me that’s how they make it. Meanwhile, when my friend bought me one the other day it was way better. More icier and slushier. The one I got today the ice melted in less than 5mins. I wanted a real bubble tea slush not just ice on top. Then what was I charged extra fifty cents for. Doesn’t make sense. I wasn’t asking for more bubbles I don’t care for bubbles. I wanted more ice since it’s sweetened. It’s annoying when she said that’s “how they make it”. Maybe it’s how she makes it. I even told her that wasn’t a slushee but I’m not going to argue with her over ice. She literally just put ice on top of milk tea. The one I got before has more thicker amount of ice than the ones she made it’s like putting crushed ice on top of water then melted. It’s unsatisfying to drink it since its too sweet.
Went with my buddy there and got their recommended drink it was fantastic! It tasted really good and definitely gonna come again and try their other drinks. Next time I might try one of their bubble tea drinks because the bubbles looked cool. The staff were very friendly and were not wasting time after we ordered the drinks.
I had an unreal experience here last night. I been here before and it was always pretty good. Normally I would rate it a 4, but last night was terrible. I got my drink and my daughter said they made me something different. I asked the lady what did did they make because it appeared to be different from what I ordered. They looked up my order and confirmed they made something else. After she remade it, she was annoyed and spoke to me with that tone. My drink was terrible. Firstly, there was so much ice, the straw wasn't going through. It kept bending. And then they put absolutely no sugar in it. I can't believe she was so upset she made me a bad drink. I can't believe I drove out of my way to go there just to throw away my $6. Now my daughter upset with me thinking next time they're going to mess up her drink.
Ehhhh as of lately the more I come here, I realize they hire young girls that don’t seem like they don’t want to be there. One girl made my smoothie while I went to get my daughter some fro-yo and she left my smoothie on the counter not even a “your order is ready”. This employee was on her phone and looked in a bad mood. Really considering going else where…..
My family and I visit this location all the time. We absolutely love how clean the place is and how courteous the staff is. The selection of yogurt and toppings is fantastic. With everything positive I’ve said, why the two stars you ask? We typically go for froyo around 8pm, and lately the store staff has the lights turned off, and serving spoons put away making my family and I feel unwelcome. The staff looks at each other angrily whenever anyone walks in the store. My family and I feel unwanted, like we’re bothering the staff. It’s my understanding that this location closes at 9PM. I don’t understand why the lights are off and serving spoons are put away at 8:15, a whole 45 minutes early. So sad because we love the Froyo here.

Place is attractive, clean and the berry smoothie the best I tasted so far. Loved the deco! minimalist modern and chic!
Nice friendly staff and quick in and out. One question: why do we need to pay extra for tapioca if we order a bubbles tea?Bubbles tea = Tea + Tapioca.Tea without the tapioca is just iced tea.
Ive contacted management in every way possible . Calling ,emailed,Instagram and absolutely no response. Extremely unprofessional. I had a staff member be extremely rude and nasty to me and my child for absolutely no reason. Every time i go i greet her and she stays quiet. Everytime i say thank you no response.there has not been one time where she was nice or friendly or says your welcome. My last straw was her going up to my my two year old and staring at him with this angry look because he was trying to get on the chair to sit like i told him to. He said thank you and bye to her and she just stared at him with a nasty look. Management should really be available and responding to customers concerns . I will never be returning to this establishment
Terrible rude employees! Never going backUpdate. Tried contacting management several times via email,phone and Instagram regarding their extremely rude employee and noone has responded. Poor management and rude employees will surely catch up to them soon! Gladly taking my business somewhere else.
