This establishment has poor customer service skills and literally got every part of my order incorrect .
Dunkin is great but eliminating powdered munchkins and donuts were a huge mistake I don't go as often now
The only Dunkin for miles with consistently fresh donuts. And they package properly. Frosting side up, with tissue to protect. The staff is also nice and the store is clean. Great location.
Service very sloooow, some staff rude.
It is good but 1 person in early times (6-7am) could make you wait a little be longer than usual as that person will have to do all from charging to preparing the food and pack.
The morning staff are so sweet. They are on it and quick on the draw.
Never open up on time anymore.
Never got to order because the manager lady sat there admonishing her employee instead of taking my order. Won’t return, that’s exactly how you lose customers. Whoever owns this franchise needs to retrain their people.
This is supposed to be the strawberry dragon fruit refresher which is delicious when made right..what is this . It taste horrible and isn't even the color it's supposed to be. Then the lady at the counter gave me an attitude. :/. I find it nuts that a Dunkin in the Bronx is better than one in Scarsdale.
The worst branch ever - they never get the order right, long waiting time + coffee never tastes the way it should. Would not recommend this location.
