They have now blocked the bathroom. They said “out of order - so sorry”, but there’s a new sign: Employees only. Unacceptable.

The store has a bathroom that is always a messy. The store closes twenty minutes earlier than the posted sign Starbucks in Scarsdale stays open till the last decline of closing time
Nothing right! I went in for a peppermint mocha latte and toasted white chocolate latte and came home to find only two plain lattes. What a disappointment! Do you really have to watch the person making it? It wasn't busy. I paid for something that I didn't order. What a shame, I repeated my choices twice, but I guess there was a n English translation issue. Pity.
I came here because the Starbucks was closed, the woman behind the counter was very nice but when I asked for a hot mint tea, it took over 10 minutes to get. She helped two other customers that came in after and went to the back to ask for help regarding the tea... She finally said: I'm so sorry I don't want to mess up the order! I had to tell her to just pour hot water into the cup...
There is absolutely no sense of urgency at this coffee shop especially for being in a train station parking lot. I went in 5 minutes before my train, which sounds like beating the clock, but for a regular black coffee with only 1 person in front of you who has already placed their order, it’s really not. I waited for 5 minutes while both store clerks worked on this woman’s one drink, which was just iced coffee with blueberry syrup. I will only be going back in desperate times.
I've tried to get something to eat here a few times during rush hour in the morning. I don't think they're staffed enough. If you're waiting to get a train and you don't get there early enough, you can't really run in and grab something because the lines are just too long. It's probably hard to staff only during rush hour time so not really sure what the answer is
Pumpkin munchkins were overcooked & didn't taste good. Cashier uses dirty glove that touches money to pick up donuts from the rack. Doesn't use wax paper. Ew!
The staff should at least be able to speak enough English to allow you to order and pay without any issues. I left without making a purchase because I couldn’t even communicate the correct order.
