I have been going to this ice cream place for a long time, but recently I’ve noticed how everyone that works there is so kind and helpful, always smiling and attentive to everyone’s order. I highly recommend Joshua, Steve, Joely, Joe and William these guys are amazing, so next time you visit make sure you let them know how wonderful they are ???
Superb service! I went to get icecream with my bogo birthday credit a few min earlier to the whiteplains, NY (mamaroneck) location in which they were not customer service friendly at all!I left feeling so horrible after speaking with their manager (young Asian woman). I then went to Scarsdale location not even wanting to use my bogo credit after that bad experience. However, Nathaniel was VERY helpful and resolved the issue. This is without me even telling him anything about the previous bad experience. I can’t say thank you enough to him for making my day. Josh and Julissa also had great attitudes and team spirit!
I had a great experience at Coldstone this past Friday, I was greeted by a new staff member, a young boy with glasses. He made us feel welcome and made sure we were satisfied with our experience. The ice cream was phenomenal and I would definitely come back.
The ice cream here is yummy in my tummy but the wait is alwayssss aye Dios mío. If you are in a rush don't waste your time, but if you have at least half an hr it's definitely worth the wait.
This location is absolutely AWFUL. Was there no training on food handling? Not to mention we are yet and STILL in the middle of a Pandemonium. The gentleman that was in and out, unmasked, handled trash with his bare hands, and then with THOSE SAME BARE HANDS, UNWASHED, grabbed two scoopers and a proceeded to take someone's order. Even gave a few samples. This is unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN.
I don't if it even makes sense to leave a review because nothing will change. It was like going to a club, one server is dancing around making ice cream with no mask on talking over ice cream while making orders. Another server is mixing ice cream with no gloves and wet hands. Went pay, explained I have the app which showed I have rewards available, I was told " don't worry. I got you, it will be there " anyways. I will not return to this location. Note to management, please monitor and train your staff.
1 out of the 2 staff had an attitude as if she was doing me a favor working there. Very careless and the frozen counter wasn't being cleaned after each ice cream being made. You don't know if someone is allergic to anything to just keep mixing every order over one another. Very bad customer service. I will not return to that location or recommending others to do so. Get it together in these times.
The wait is long but u can order thru the app the icecream is the best in town new vegan flavor delicious staff is nice join the club for discounts

Very unfriendly staff, very loud music as well had to yell my order. Store can use a big facelift..and being in covid the spoons and straws should not be sitting open and unwrapped on the counter.
