Everything tastes awesome. The staff is always very friendly and seem to try to know all of the regular customers by name as well as their usual orders.Benny is the best!
After moving to Westchester 2 years ago, I finally found a real bagel. Westchester is super weak at the bagel game, embarrassingly so, considering this is supposed to be NY. Then I found Brook St. They're about as good as anything you'll find in Brooklyn. Big bagels with a good skin and a chewy center. The rest of the area's bagels are far too dense and too small, mostly overcooked with toppings that remain in the bin, notnon the bagel. At Brook St., you'll get a bagel full of seasonings that haven't fallen off and you'll find consistency. I went here for the first time two weeks ago and I've been back about 7 times since. It's become a problem. I prob didn't eat bagels 7 times in the 2 months prior, because I've been so bummed about how lackluster they are in Westchester. I wish I had found Brook St. sooner. I don't understand why the reviews aren't 4.7 or higher. Even the staff is super nice, quick and attentive. No credit card fees and no BS for using one. Just a great place. The only weird thing is they call an everything bagel a "blizzard." I've decided to think it's cute.

Man, when I tell you I feel at home coming here.. Every and anytime I visit i'm greeted and feel welcomed. This here is probably one of the best breakfast creations they have OFF menu that they do for me specifically. It's a bacon, egg & cheese on french toast, thats right.. FRENCH TOAST.. can't forget that side of syrup to drizzle over the sandwich itself. When I say "AMAZING", i mean that. The staff is just as amazing as this sandwich was, & for anyone who hasn't tried it.. I highly recommend you try it out. Tell them "Isaiah" sent you, lol.. Shoutout to the staff at Brook Street Hot Bagels & Deli & the manager is a great guy by the way, they work so hard. They deserve this recognition.

The best bagels are in Brooklyn. But oh man these are by far the best bagels I’ve ever had in Westchester. They’re honestly so good I’m hesitant to post the review but it’s also such a wonderful and friendly place, everyone should come here.
I frequent Brook Street Bagels, not only is their food fantastic, but the staff is courteous and welcoming. Some say you wait a while to get service, but that's because they are always so busy. They also have to fill phone orders. They say good things come to those who wait and there is always something good to get here. Thank you for your service always with a smile.
The food is fresh the app to deliver the the food does not work sometimes they should have more delivery options like most other delis
Best sandwiches and bagels. Fast service and always friendly. It is a bit pricey but it doesn’t surprise me. I always order ahead since their always busy.
