This was the worst customer service verbal abuse I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I’m just so appalled by this gentleman’s poor behavior. I’m sure you have lost lot’s of customers including myself. I will be going to human resource with this matter. This is not acceptable.
If you are black don’t bother spending your money at this store… The supervisor (short man always wearing a hat and rings) is disrespectful, racist and unprofessional. His demeanor is very nasty and he will profile you for being black trying to spend your money in the store. I will be reaching out to corporate about this matter because he will seriously get someone hurt due to his hatred.
Disgusting and managers are despicable. Never interested in customer satisfaction. And intentionally closed both bathrooms not to accommodate customers. This is not a third world country - open the bathrooms!!

OMG this guy is absolutely horrible
Just walked up to a sign that says “closed” at 11pm, change your open times from 24 hrs a day to 7am to 11pm before more of your prospective customers waste their time.
Was just there and got 4 hot chocolates. They were watered down but one of the 4 was VERY watery. When we asked to get another one they said there wasn't anymore to refill it and the rude man behind the counter refused to give me a refund. I definitely won't be going back there.
The store closes at 11pm, not 24 hours
