The Drive thru during lunch has been dragging at the Saratoga Wendys lately , I went today after waiting 15 minutes to get to the speaker with 2 cars before the speaker. Asked the lady at the speaker if it was going to take another 15 mins to get to the window and she replied maybe… went to McDonald’s 3 mins total time. They are building another Wendy’s at exit 15 and they can’t even get this one straight..
It's the end of March 2022 and they're still closing the inside Lobby I assumed due to Covid. I can't for the life of me understand why they would still have the Lobby closed. Where are customer is supposed to go to the bathroom? NEWS FLASH Covid isn't going anywhere. It is endemic in our society now. It is time to get over it and open your business fully. Ridiculous
This was the most amazing museum my family and I have ever visited. Totally nostalgic. The square greased over square tile floors, the pump your own ketchup station, and the best exhibit …. THE ATRIUM!!! hands down the must see attraction in Saratoga springs. My only recommendation is to bring in a salad bar exhibit. Either way well worth it.
TERIBLE!!!!!Waited in the drive threw for 10 minutes before they came to take my order,We placed order pull up they forgot 1drink ok fine,We never received debit receiptGet to hotel to feed 4 kidsNo dipping souce for any of the 4 orderes of nuggets!!!!!!!1fry missing!!!!1 nuggets missing from 1 mealThe 4 double bacon stacks that we ordered was not given,We got double cheeseburger intead,It was dry and over cooked,Cheese was thrown on it and it never melted because the beef patty was like leather!!!!!!Fries dry and limp!!!!!Chili had no juice !!!!I called and spoke to Elijah store manager,He was not helpful at all,He said there was not much he could do!!!!!Then he said oh you can come back tomorrow and we will give you 4 dipping souce the fries and soda???REDICULES DONT GO SAVE TIME AND AGRIVATION!!!!!!!!!
What can I say, it's Wendy's! It's been the same since the year of our Lord Zoltan, 1716. Get yourself a rock solid Dave's triple and eat it through the tears in the parking lot! I took off one star because I always forget to put salt on the fries... Bob apetit!
I come here and use my google pay all the time. I came here a few days ago and the two people working at the register didnt know what google or apple pay was so instead of asking they told me the gm said they cant accept google or apple pay.... Smh everytime i come here not only do they get my order wrong but its always rude workers... If you dont like your job find something you enjoy dont ruin my day with your lazy rude incompetence
Wayyyy too slow! I am aware of the current situation of the pandemic but the only way to get food from this restaurant is through the drive thru. There is no reason why it should take 20 minutes to be waited on!! The employees are not maintaining the dining room or bathrooms for the customers so why is it taking so long All. The. Time.Please do something about this....doesn't anyone want to work and make money???
25-28 minutes for very few cars, four nuggets were missing from two ten pieces... Food was cold and covered in the oil that sits at the back of your throat taste that makes drinks and everything tase awful. It's like it was oil dirty oil used to fry the chicken and fries. Probably will never go Back here.
Better if their actual hours reflected in their online ones
