I did not like the food at all.
Overpriced for bad food, just ordered take out for General T. Chicken and Hunan shrimp supposed to be sweet and spicy dishes, totally salty, horrible.
All those 1 star reviews must be fake. Small portions? Who are you, Michael Phelps?Anyway, food was excellent. The cold noodles in sesame sauce blew me away.
I don't usually do online reviews unless a place is really awesome...or really bad. Uncle Ming's is definitely in the latter category. The good - Their service was fast. The bad - Without a doubt the worst takeout Chinese I've ever had. Sliced pork was overcooked to a crisp and swimming in oil...except for a few pieces cooked normally? Very strange. General Tso's chicken was also WAY overcooked...I couldn't even tell if there was chicken in it (maybe not?) I am thinking that the Sliced Pork and General Tso's might have been recooked leftovers, because I don't see how a restaurant could screw them up this badly. The didn't have enough time to overcook it this badly, the food was ready in 20 minutes. Also that the pork had a few pieces cooked normally and the rest was overcooked to a crisp. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...anywhere else.
Good food ? Honest people. I was dead tired, handed the delivery driver an extra 20. He very easily just could have taken it. I forgot I had partially paid before going to look for smaller bills! Will recommend to anyone. Thank you for good food and values.

Terrible.over n hour and a half waiting for general tso and it taste terrible the chicken texture is weird.its not chicken and the egg roll was old dried and dead.i do not reccomend
Have been here about a half dozen times. Great value. Best egg roll in town. Have gotten a few different lunch specials and haven't been disappointed yet.
The lovely people who make the food here have hearts of Gold!!!
