Very warm atmosphere, owner chef I believe, well prepared food, the barmaid and service staff were spot on. They offer a variety of meatballs as tapas style plates. The chicken marsala was silky and light which was a pleasant surprise. We have a knew go to place in Saratoga
My experience at 3 vines was spectacular. The staff was lovely and the food was out of this world delicious. My favorite dish is the Penne Romano but you can never go wrong with their variety of tasty pizzas. I hands down recommend 3 vines over any other Italian in Saratoga!!
Really good food. Ordered the rigatoni with sausage and spaghetti with meatballs. Both were pretty good. For dessert we tried the olive oil cake and it was very nice with ice cream.

3 Vines Bistro is the place to go to if your looking for an amazing Italian restaurant in Saratoga Springs! There penne primavera pasta is to die for, defiantly recommend this restaurant for dinner!
