Staff was very helpful and friendly. We needed an early check-in and they were great. Room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Would love to go back and stay again. Thank you for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
We came here while visiting friends and we were looking for a nice dinner, well, we got more than we could have ever expected. From start to finish it was nothing short of Amazing!! The staff were extremely friendly and were right there whenever we needed anything. The atmosphere is beautiful with so much charm. The dinners were outstanding, each one better than the next. The desserts were just as amazing, we didn’t want the night to end. I only wish we lived closer so we could go all the time. Try it out for yourselves, you will not be disappointed at all!!
What a great place from the time we checked in till we checked out everyone was courteous and Helpful. The gentleman at the front desk was THE BEST. The rooms were very clean and the beds super comfortable. It is a very short walk to town and 2 miles to the track. We did not eat there but plan to on our next visit. Stayed 2 nights and the room was promptly made up for the next day. Can't wait to return.Thank you
Booked a 3 night stay at The Inn at Saratoga for the opening of Saratoga Racetrack. Great Staff, very comfortable room, very quite. Unfortunately we had to leave after 2 nights due to a personal issue. The hotel reimbursed me for the night we couldn't stay. Most hotels don't do this. I was greatly appreciative and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel. We will be back and looking forward to our next stay.
Thank you to our housekeeper, she was absolutely amazing, greeting us in the hall, asking if we needed anything, and what would be a good time to service our room. She is a gem and a keeper. The gentleman behind the bar is quick and efficient and does not miss a beat, also the gentleman who assists in the breakfast area is very social and always greeted us and was very pleasant. We were there 6/17/22-6/19/22, we did stay in room 222, which was great, however the A/C in too small for the hot weather, it was blowing warm air by the morning, each day, so our sleep was cut short by the heat, we were traveling with two other couples who also seemed to have the same or similar issue, in the end, easy to look over as the staff makes it enjoyable to stay there and the rooms are great.
The hotel is the oldest in continuous use in Saratoga. Common areas and hallways do show there age but that is to be expected. Room was very nice, spacious, and quiet with comfortable beds and it was very clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Elevator is small and slow but again that comes with the age. Breakfast was available for $8 and it was good and worth the money. Parking is tight but acceptable. The location is very convenient and all of town is within walking distance.
Absolutely wonderful! The staff was hard working and a pleasure to be around, the historic atmosphere was very cozy and all for the similar price of your cookie cutter chain hotels. Was sad to leave but hope to stay there again in the future!
Lovely old hotel right on earth the main drag. Walking distance to visitor center, Congress Park, and all the shopping on Broadway. There’s a bar and restaurant on site and so enjoyed using the porch and back patio while I was there. The hotel definitely needs some updates; it’s dark and the carpets are ancient, but there’s also a lot of historic charm. I’m summer there are window units in the rooms so they aren’t as cool as central air, and none of the outlets had USB chargers. Bathroom was very outdated but super clean, and the room had a minor fridge and a desk. Staff was excellent.
The room was unbearably hot and the a/c was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on. The paint was chipping and bubbles from water damage. There were bugs in the bathroom. Overall, the room was uncomfortable and dark. Do not recommend. Staff was untrained.
I loved everything about this Inn. Very conveniently located to everything in Saratoga. Parking is a little cramped, but ample street and other parking within walking distance. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who checked me in. As I got off of the elevator on the second floor, I thought uh oh, this place has got to be haunted! The hallway was a little creepy, but in a nice way. LOL I just knew the age of the building and that's where my thoughts immediately went. When I opened the room door, I was very pleasantly surprised. A bedroom with two double beds and a sitting area that led to the bathroom. All furnishings were very lovely appointed with antiques. There was plenty of lighting with natural light streaming in as well. The bathroom was very modern and done very nicely. A refrigerator and coffee maker for your convenience. TV with plenty of cable channels to choose from. I only spent the night, however I wished it were longer. Upon check out there was a lovely breakfast and the woman who assisted me was very pleasant and attentive. If you are looking for something different from the big box hotels, try this lovely inn. It will not disappoint!!
