We ordered a Reuben sandwich. The corned beef wasn't cut properly, it was cut with the grain instead of against it therefore I couldn't chew it! Also cut too thick. The coleslaw was hot spicy! The only food I liked with my sandwich was the very little side of beans! My husband was okay with his sandwich but also didn't like the coleslaw. It was too spicy hot and it had onions in it, which coleslaw doesn't typically have onions. We won't be ordering from them anymore.
I have wanted to try the barrel house for a while. When I walked in I was immediately asked if we are fully vaccinated! I was shocked! That is absolutely none of their business! Vivacious bar with live music, wholesome food and friendly waitstaff. About ten[?] beers on draft, including local microbrews. There is an upstairs and ground floor. Hockey jerseys on sale hang from the wall. On May 14th, 2022, NY Informed® - Saratoga and the Saratoga County Libertarian Party hosted Larry Sharpe at this location.
Nice pub atmosphere. Unique burgers. I had the rouladen burger which tasted great! My wife had the 3 meat burger which was also fantastic. Definitely a place I would go to again.
Service was top notch. Funny and back to back with the beverages. The food on the other hand was not the greatest. The pulled pork sandwich was very dry.

Overall not worth the money. Paid about $80 got two appetizers which were alright and two Burgers which came BURNT (I had ordered Medium and the other was suppose to be medium well.) with two sides that were underwhelming small in portion. For the price I paid I was quite disappointed. Not to mention we were practically the only customers that weren’t at the bar and we waited forever for our appetizers and our food. We didn’t even bother to send them back as we did not want to wait any longer for our food. The only real positive thing I could say was that the service was friendly.
Great local pub atmosphere with a wonderful selection. Good place to stop for pints and a meal.
Amazing bartender. Good food, unreal talent music wise for such a small place.
