The absolute worst visit to this restaurant I've ever had. Food was overcooked and dry. Never got our apps. Asked for no peppers but the food came with peppers. The shrimp cooked in a sauce still had the tail shells on them. Waitress stopped only once to check on us. Took a very long time to get the food while the Waitress served others around us.
After my mom being diagnosed with COVID and being quarantined since May 11, 2022. We decided to take her out for a nice dinner. Well the food was great but the service sucked!! A bus came in after us and it was all hands on deck for the people on the bus. Our waitress's comment was they are on a time crunch so we need to get them served so they can get on their way and apologized continuously, WTF. This is how you loose local business, next time we will go somewhere else. ??
Nothing to write home about. We asked to be seated to the rest of the building, and of course, that was an issue. The waitress was asked 3 times to bring a box and never did and she was rude to my 9 year old granddaughter just for asking for a glass of water. The food was just ok.
Our order was delicious, of course the meat to pasta ratio could have been better. Also it was a puck up order and my garlic bread stick was missing, which I unfortunately didn't notice until I was home. Next order I will have to check. I called and notified the restaurant that I had a missing item and the lady on the phone said I can request an extra bread stick next time. Fingers crossed they don't charge me extra next order

food was bad service really poor.
I got the speared and seared meal. steak was good but mashed potatoes were very salty and the shrimp was so spicy I could not eat it and I like spicy food. We waited 30 minutes just to be seated at a table that was unoccupied the whole time we waited.
I found a screw in my salad and cracked a tooth. Obviously I never ate the Rest of the salad.. My daughter stopped eating her meal after seeing that when we told the waitress she went to the manager he took off my salad and gave us a little card for a free appetizer. After owning a restaurant for 7 years that's absolutely not the it's literally not the way to treat a customer who could easily be suing you for finding metal in their food. I. I expected the bill to be compt needless to say I won't ever be going back there again
As usual TGI Friday's falls short on their food selection only broccoli and no asparagus and no calories on their menus. Our waitress was an older lady who was very charming probably had to go back to work to make ends meet. Normally she probably would not be hired in that position.
