Had a really good experience last night. Fay C. Took our order she was very pleasant even late at night right before they were closing. They were short staffed but she was still very friendly and went out of her way to make sure our orders were correct. I dont normally bother to do reviews but I was very impressed with Fay's customer service. Taco bell is lucky to have her as an employee!
I keep making the same mistake of going here thinking they can get an order right. In the last 2 years I have not had a single order correct through the drive thru. Went there again tonight and didn't get some of my order. If I go again, and that's a huge if, I'm going to sit at their window and check the entire order. I didn't think reading an order off a slip was so difficult, but apparently it is. When you're trying to get quick take out on your way home for the family, the last thing you want to deal with is stuff missing when you get home. If you don't mind having your order messed up every single time, by all means, go to this dumpster fire.
For 1.79 this is all that I received for chips! Just a tad bit stingy at this store!! This is not the first time this has happened here, with the chips. Very annoying and un-gratifying. Other food was ok, hot at least. although a bit shy on the meats.
Honestly, been going here since I was 14. I am almost 30, this place has had its ups and downs, but recently (past 2 years) it has been fantastic! Food is always good, when you ask for a little bit of everything regarding sauce, they give you a good amount of everything. Always friendly, we go usually between 4 and 8 and the people are always fantastic!
Only bad thing is they seem to have a problem getting their orders correct. But this is the norm for Taco Bell. Especially Taco Bell/KFC.

I get 3 supreme tacos ,hardly no meat pinky fill Toco ,had tons of lettus and tomatos ,Soda had half glass of ice ! I go there once every week ,not anymore after this week ,Then they ask you if you would round up to the next dollar ,who pocket that going in ! Allmost 9.00 dollar 3 toco supreme and a soda with half ice ,Rip off ! I'm done with Saratoga Taco Bell and you should be ! Nothing good to say about this place ! Don't get me wrong ,i usely like the Toco's there !
Me and my husband order from here tonight disgusting we ask for no sour cream on our tacos they still put it and tacos didn’t tasty cooked and soda tasty like water will not be going back horrible.
They don't skimp on the hot sauce and are very friendly, intact I accidentally forgot they gave me my drink already and told them they forgot it, (noticed it when I went to put the other away) so I went back through the drive in to pay for that one and told them I don't need the another lemonade I just need to pay for the extra one you gave me due to my own fault and they still had another one in hand when I came through. We all had a laugh and I ended up with three drinks, one they wouldn't let me pay for. Very nice people and they also don't skimp on the ingredients in their tacos.. Highly recommend ?!!!
Good as usual. They reminded me if I wanted hot sauce.
