I tried to go in and use the WiFi (like I had done for roughly an hour earlier that day) and who I assume is the manager asked me and my boyfriend if we were going to purchase something. He said it was the restaurant portion of the cafe, so if we wanted to sit there we needed to buy something. Normally I get it, store policy blah blah blah. There wasn’t anyone in line and I don’t have WiFi at home. I would understand if I was taking the place of a paying customer, but I wasn’t. I might be in the wrong here, but it seriously rubbed me the wrong way. I left extremely irritated.
Just wanted to say that this is the ONLY Starbucks location I will go too, even though there are several other ones closer to me!Everyone who works at this location, specifically Marcus and Jeremy, are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Always greeting, smiling(yes even while wearing masks!) friendly and always gets my drinks and orders right. (Even when I order five Frappuccino’s for my family LOL)My Mom and I are loyal customers to this Starbucks location and we both wouldn’t have it any other way!
