This was a bit of a mess. I don’t go out for coffee too often but we stopped by before we started our drive home.First of all the restrooms and the store itself were very dirty. I’m not used to seeing the inside of a Starbucks being so gross and messy looking. Definitely a disappointment when you are paying $5 for a cup of coffee. It was also very slow service. I will say it was pretty steady in terms of customer traffic but hardly any drinks came out. There were 4 people working, they all seemed to be doing something but it didn’t seem to be helping customers get their orders and leave. I ordered 2 drinks and was in here for at least 20+ minutes. The cost of the product usually means the employees are trained well and you get faster service here, not today.Next, a lot of the specialty ingredients were out of stock. Not fun to have to change your order a few times and then still have to make adjustments. On the bright side the ladies working were all very nice and the drinks were made correctly and were tasty. After living in NYC I was shocked because I am not used to this kind of poor experience.Starbucks, clean up and get it together!

It’s a normal enough Starbucks, just always out of things, and stock isn’t reflected on mobile order.
It’s perhaps the coldest coffee shop in North America. I’m here on July 14th and they have the air conditioning blasted so low it feels like it might start snowing.It’s only 69° outside right now. I’m curious if it is down to like 60° inside here. Brutal.
Good coffee (Americano). Service was a bit slow. My friend ordered a regular grande coffee and he said it wasn't hot, but decided not to take it back up and ask for better.
No matter what Starbucks I go to it's always the same. They are friendly, fast, efficient, and the ambience interior is second to none. I either get a venti iced mocha or a grande nitro with sweet cream. These guys are the best
