We drive by a lot of other pizza and sandwich shops to enjoy their food.

Don't order the thin crust pizza. I ordered an 8 cut thin crust pizza assuming they used the same amount of dough as the regular 8 cut pizza (which I order often), just assuming they rolled it out thinner. Instead I got a pizza about 1/2 the size of the normal 8 cut pizza but at the same price. Should definitely re-think how you prepare a thin crust pizza. Don't use half the dough and charge people the same amount of money. Totally not worth the price.

Great little deli with a menu for everyone and reasonably priced as well. We placed a large order for 12 to be delivered this evening, on time and 100% correct. Genevieve was great to work with, she was super patient and organized.

We ordered sandwiches, pizza and an antipasto salad. The sandwiches and salad were tasty, about average for a deli like this. The pizza was very bland - frankly not very good.

Love the food but when ever you order over the phone they never give an approximate pick up time. Most the time they hang up before I’m able to ask.It doesn’t matter who answers the phone, it seems like they’re instructed to not give a time. It’s been going on since I moved down the street from the deli 5 years ago.Just writing this review so maybe a deli manager sees it.

Spring street used to be a go to for our household for the past few years. Unfortunately the last time we ordered my turkey wrap came in a soft taco shell instead of a wrap and the wrong cheese with very little cranberry mayo. My husbands sub bread was burnt to a crisp and basically inedible. This is the 2nd bad experience in the last year when they forgot to send part of my order and when I called to inquire and they were supposed to have someone bring it, they forgot to send it again and I had to call back a 2nd time and ask them to just credit my account. I had hoped these were flukes as everyone has bad days and its hard to find good help nowadays but we will not be returning after this last experience. Very disappointing for a place that used to be a great place for consistently well made food.

I was hungry and didn't know what I wanted until I looked up and saw my favorite sandwich listed on their "specials" board. Turkey melt with mozzarella, bacon, and pesto. It would have included lettuce and tomato but I'm not a big fan of l & t. It was the best sandwich I've had in years! And to my surprise it came with a pickle and a bag of chips! Friendly and accommodating staff.

I ordered a salad and a sandwich to be delivered. It was made about two hours before being delivered and sat under a heat lamp. It was a brick when I got it. Will never order again.

Food was good but service was terrible. I understand most places are under staffed but they should let you know that when you order your food be prepared to wait almost an hour.

We have been going to Spring Street Deli for many years, always order the same thing a Rubin sandwich, this summer we noticed our Rubins, didn’t taste the same, and the Quality was lacking, but we just passed it off as a new cook, or new distributor! Went back later that summer, and basically the same thing, so we decided to just move on, but last week, I was so craving my Rubin, I decided to try again, called in my order, wasn’t ready when we got there, the cashier/server said they will bring it out when it was ready, A bag was put on the counter, as we waited for sometime, went back up to the counter to check again on our order, but our order still wasn’t ready, I asked about the bag that was sitting there for 20 minutes, she said it was a called in order, she checked the name on it, it was our order. My sandwich was still hot, no problem, but again, it was just bad, very little sauerkraut and could barely taste the Russian dressing, and the sandwich came with chips, but we didn’t get them till we already ate our sandwich, yes I could of brought the sandwich back, and ask for another one, but the thought of waiting another 30 minutes stopped me! So very disappointed in Spring Street Deli, that was my spot, for Rubins.
