Ordered a single bacon smash burger, small smash fries, and a vanilla shake to go - Was almost $20! Not sure if it was the burger, or the bacon, or both, but it was so salty I couldn’t even eat it!!! And I’m not sensitive to salt! The smash fries were not as exciting as I hoped they would be and the shake was not worth the $6. Basically, I know of several other places I can spend $20 and get a way better meal!

Excellent burgers with a great bun to burger ratio. The burgers are not obnoxiously large and their French fries are some of the best in the area.Strongly suggest Truffel Burger if you're into mushrooms. It's your typical hamburger fried in truffle oil with sautéed mushrooms and some sort of special mayo on top. I don't have photos because I was hungry and I ate it too fast.

Burgers were perfectly seasoned on a egg bun. We tried both the smash fries and the regular fries. Both were cooked perfectly. Restaurant was very clean. With minimal wait time.

Leaving another review because mine wasn't even showing up when searched ... to reinstate this place is very lazy and doesn't follow any requests when asked nicely... gave this order a few tries because we all know sometimes people have a bad day but the second order I got had 1 raw patty that was cold to the touch and one cooked patty .. not really sure how that even happens and when asked for some extra smash oil on the fries they didn't even have any on it at all and was very cold and stale.

Smash burger always does a nice job sending out email alerts to new items they are offering so when I got a notice about new Fish Sandwich, I couldn’t wait to try. So on first Friday of lent, we bought 2 (BOGO for $1), so essentially paid $10 for 2 of them. Fish piece was extremely small (compared to other fast food fish sandwiches out there). And while we liked the flavor and taste, there is absolutely no way I would ever pay $5 for that again, let alone $8.50. Too many other choices for a lot less $. Sorry Smashburger. You lost me.

Employees complaining that they couldn’t serve or take orders up to 15 minutes because there was only 2 people working and then next shift was late and also had to go ask about one of our orders they forgot. The food is good it’s always service issues with this place.

This was my first experience at the Smashburger. We originally wanted to go to Wendy's but my son suggested we try smashburger instead.I ordered their double bacon smash burger with the special fries and drink. The burger was delicious. The fries also tasted just right with the accompanying sauce. The place is clean and spacious with ample seating. It was not very crowded when we visited the place. If you like premium burgers, then this place should be on your shortlist.Highly recommended.

This place can't put TWO ITEMS in a bag and get them correct. It's over priced, especially when your order is incorrect and I asked them to be sure it was correct. Also,do I really need to explain to someone that sells burgers all day, that sauteed onions and grilled onions are the same thing and point to the correct button on their menu board ???

Server was polite but very slow. Carried on a conversation with another employee while making my shake which was not the greatest! For almost $7 it should have had gold flakes in it but there was only ice shards. And yes, it did taste frezzer burned. Very disappointed!

When I first got there I thought it was clean but it was super empty too so they had time to clean. Anyway the burger tasted like a greesy frozen box burger from Walmart, the lettuce was wilted and the fries were cold and stale, I couldn't even finish and when we said something to the person working she said oh ok thank you... are you for real? Anyway, we won't go back there.
