I absolutely love the coffee here but the service is crazy. I waited 25 minutes for a tea and the other day I waited 30 minutes for a coffee... Not even a latte. I realized I can never go here on my break at work. I've been here many times because I love it but you have to be willing to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for a drinkReply to owner below- this was not the time I waited in line. This is how long I waited after I ordered. 2 times I was running late for work so I left without my drink and other time without my food
My iced coffee tasted like water.Staff was very friendly.Decent prices.

Coffee is amazing every time. Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve ordered a BLT and there has been a three-inch blonde hair in the mayo/sandwich. There needs to be some sort of food safety protocol like hair nets or something happening- because twice is unacceptable. It appears to be from the same person’s head.
Visiting saratoga found the true locals hang out for REAL COFFEE an FRESH MADE CHI rare as Starbucks uses power!!! Uck they have a great menu with unique choices AnD A private patio to eat WHAT ELSE DO U NEED! on brodway next to darling donuts PERFECT!!!! RUN NOT WALK!!! FABBBB CUSOMER SERVICE
Have only been here twice for coffee, both tines coffee has been great and dies not have a bitter taste. They have different plant-based milks if that is something you are interested in. I have ordered twice oat milk lattes and both times they were done well. They have a few vegan options for lunch. Will add more to this review once I order food.
The espresso used to be delicious but something (coffee type, roasting process, etc) has changed. Now the flavor is bitter and bland. I'll delete this reveiw when the flavor goes back to rich and smooth.
Great coffee excellent staff reasonably priced .strong community base. Just an all round wonderful coffee spot.
Staff is super nice! After asking for a recommendation the front counter girl helped me so nicely! She gave me the right choice (caramel latte) and the whole environment was amazing. Loved the music, the vibe and whole atmosphere!!! This whole establishment is beyond amazing and you MUST make it your Saratoga coffee go to!
