I know Covid has messed things up but I don't understand why this location is so consistently short staffed. I've been a few times, waited 20 minutes, and got seated to find the place nearly empty.That aside, today wasn't a good visit. In fact, the things piled together will make this location one I'll never visit again.Here's the list: waited 20 minutes, the place is empty, staff is frazzled. We were seated in a booth that had a huge rip in the upholstery... I'd guess 7 inches of exposed cushion. There's a dozen other booths we could have be seated in... why continue to use the gross ripped one? Additionally, the cushions were overall very dirty. Oddly, I did take a pic of the seat bc my husband on the other side of the booth didn't believe me that it was ripped. So, I took a pic to show him but didn't delete it.Our waitress was nice and efficient, we've had her before and I appreciate her no nonsense attitude. She was doing the best she could and I appreciate that.We ordered an appetizer-- pretzel nuggets-- when they were placed in front of us, I immediately noticed the plastic disposable cheese container had dry crusty cheese on the outside and bottom. It was oddly shaped. It either indicated that it was reused from a previous guest or the kitchen is filthy. At the completion of my meal, I even took the time to crack both disposable sauce containers so they couldn't be reused. I wish I took a photo bc it was pretty unappealing.My son's macaroni and cheese was pretty much soup. He didn't mind but I thought it odd and it wasn't very hot.Something was up with my husband's burger but he won't tell me what. I know he didn't finish it. I know the onions were weird but there was something else he won't tell me.Anyways, I've been to this location before but this visit was such a bummer that we won't be visiting it again.

The food was really good but the service was only ok. Ordered and paid for a bacon cheeseburger - got a cheeseburger. The man who took the order didn't seem to know what he was doing. Even though they give out flat bottomed bags both items were put in on an angle. They don't have prepackaged plasticware. They put it into a baggie.
My kids love their Mac and cheese and it is bottomless (in restaurant only). Their burger are pretty good too and have a average selection of beer. I really like their California chicken sandwich, a great alternative to the traditional burger. My wife loves the royal red Robin burger with the egg on top. Prices are very reasonable.
Waiters were awesome, management and the “chefs” are a joke. My girl got a chicken sandwich and it was almost completely raw, when brought to the attention of the manager he offered us a gingerale and asked why it took us so long to notice it…she is completely sick and i don’t recommend anyone go here. We were told they check their chicken temps before serving clearly lying to our face. ~march 13th 2022
The food was decent, with normal-sized portions. The burger I received was not what I ordered, and sending it back was no issue. It came or right the second time, plus I got an extra side! Staff were very nice.
We stopped on our way home. This was the best Red Robin we have eaten at. Staff was awesome super attentive. Food was great and came out quick. Who ever owns this franchise should buy the Red Robin that closed in Wilbraham Massachusetts. Anyway we had a great dinner. ????
To start out the place needs a cleaning.The root beer float looked like it was prepared by a 12 year old. There was barley any ice cream in it at all. My scorpion burger was missing the most important sauce at the bottom. I'm not sure if they were out of it and tried to sneak it by but I noticed. No heat or spice to the burger. Very disappointed. They were out of certain items and they didn't have the mud pie they advertise right in front of you. So i went with the fudge cookies... omg just don't. WHO SERVES FROZEN COOKIES. I picked one up and it was as hard as the plate lol. Do yourself a favor and avoid them as much as possible. 10 degrees out and a frozen cookie is exactly was I wanted lol. 2 stars...
Great servers but there system is flawed. The computer is meant yo hurry the process but instead in this instance made it a loy slower. The bottomless fries and salad took forever to come out. Made it seem like they were holding out.
Always an amazing time. Great food and amazing service. Nice to find a real gourmet burger in an age of drive-thru disappointments!
