No longer a hotel.. Now an extended stay residence.. Beautiful decor and relaxing atmosphere.

Erik , Ashley and team have been fabulous with assisting me with my new surroundings . Thank you Pavillion Grand Apartments and the Prime Company..

I was not impressed with the service at this hotel. I had an issue with the room being to warm, the A/C wasn't cooling the room. I brought it to the attention of the staff at the desk on my way out for the night. When I returned, I asked the staff if they had addressed the issue, they told me the maintenance person had looked at it but couldn't tell me if it was resolved. The issue was not fixed, the staff never followed up. That coupled with having to pay for parking left little to be desired. I barley slept due to the warmth.

Wonderful penthouse that has everything you could ever want. Loved the 3 patios where we could all relax together or apart. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Location was perfect right in the heart of town.

Amazing! The rooms are amazing and comfortable! The staff were awesome! They were super friendly and helpful. They gave us great ideas on where to go and where to eat. It was a great anniversary for us!

Amazing hotel walking distance from the downtown and the great restaurants of Saratoga. We had the suite with the 2 bedrooms (2 adults/3kids) and it was Amazing. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The room were spotless with towels, soap, tissues... we enjoyed 3 wonderful nights. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends and Family.

Beautiful & clean rooms with great location to the heart of downtown Saratoga. Mrs Lunduns bakery is 2 blocks away, best breakfast / lunch spot in Town. Couldn't have asked for a better stay with our two small children.Thank you Laura and the entire staff for making our stay a memorable one!

Wifi was exceedingly spotty and slow, difficult to work. High-speed internet didn't work. Weekday daff was indifferent. Weekend staff seemed more attentive, but by then we were leaving. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Used to be my home away from home. Even with COVID and track season not being what it usually is they should be on top of their game and they aren't. Room not as clean as usual, shower head is lacking, NO valet parking, NO offer of where to park the car and parking can be impossible at certain times, NO café...Might be better to stay across the street at the Hamptons they have an indoor pool, parking garage and free breakfast.

A disappointing stay. My family had a penthouse suite for six nights the week of June 30. The 401 suite was nice and big, as one should expect for the price, but the kitchen sink had no hot water, there was an outbreak of ants the second day, the TV in the first level bedroom didn’t work, the terrace deck had pigeons and their droppings, both key cards stopped working Friday, the whole hotel smelled like gas Friday, and anyone 6’ tall standing in front of the fridge could see the cobwebs between the fridge and cabinet unit above. The view from the corner rooftop deck is uninspiring: to the west, a construction site, auto mechanic back-lot and strip of bars, to the north a decrepit parking lot and another strip of bars and nightclubs. Starting Wednesdays the bars in their outdoor spaces play loud and quite clear music through into the a.m. That was the worst part (unless that is your scene in which case it would be great.) The hotel should advise guests that at night there is no quiet and you’ll feel like you’re on the Fort Lauderdale strip. Sirens in the wee hours woke us up several nights. Bright and early at 6:30 am you’ll hear the rumble of trucks and their back-up beeps. Light sleepers are doomed. Has the hotel ever heard of sound proofing, particularly for roof suites? We left early before the weekend nights, which I imagine would only be worse. The sophisticated ambiance fraudulently conveyed by the web site belies the reality of its surroundings.
