Old school feel, loved it. The food was Amazing. The service was outstanding. Never did I have an empty glass or extra plates on table. Waitress and wait staff made sure everything was OK emerald times throughout dining. Would recommend 100%. Definitely going back.
We found this restaurant on our way to lake George, we had 7 people and we were all impressed! We can’t wait to stop again, it was a great find! The chicken Marsala was excellent, the sausage and broccoli rabe was fantastic, the service was quick and right on par!
We have dined in just about every restaurant in Saratoga Springs. Our personal opinion is Panza's is # 1. Entrees perfectly prepared, impeccable service, wonderful ambiance and very reasonably priced. Unlike the downtown area, ample parking and away from the problems of Caroline Street. Kudos Tony! Well Done!
Ok ,,, let me start out with WOW food is amazing !! Best Clam Casino I have ever had !Will not be disappointed by the food or the service ! ?How ever we wanted to hear the Frank Sinatra impersonation.. If that what U are looking for when making reservations U need to ask to be seated in the Lounge !! ?
Ambiance is perfect. Beautiful water feature upon entering. Has a modern but retro,, 70's vibe. Dining room has large picture windows overlooking mature foliage. Easter dinner, group of 14, from start to finish we were pampered and entertained. Staff was there when you needed them but not overbearing. Fettuccine Alfredo was fantastic, as was the veal parm. Pricing was on point.

We were so excited to find this beautiful gem right next to our hotel. Upon our arrival to the Hilton we were disappointed but a quick walk across the parking lot made for a romantic diner date! Food, impeccable! Hats to chef! We sat bar side at a quiet, romantic table with views to a stunning wine cellar but what made this night magical was the 5star service! I believe his name was steve but he made the whole experience come together
Didn’t love my experience. The meatballs were as if they were frozen and heated. The calamari was extremely salty and too fishy and too chewy. The swordfish (3.5/5), strip steak (4/5), chicken parm (3/5). You’re going for the atmosphere more than the food.
One of our favorites. Love the new location as it is quite upscale. Too bad Stillwater didn't let them remodel on the lake. We rarely hae had a bad dish here. If you want an old favorite ask, maybe they have the supplies to do it. With Covid damping everything including business, we are just lucky they have many great dishes. Our services has always been excellent. We do love the cave.
