Today's visit was disappointing. As Extremely Busy ( & short staffed too I'm sure ) it took 35-40 mins. For soup & 1/2 a sandwich. Then the Young lady Cleaning cleaning Tables/Chairs .. the Same Wet Cloth/Towelettes 1 Swipe on 4 Different Tables ?♂️ & No cleansing of the Chairs?? The debris on the floor(s)?♂️ it was Busy Yes, but wow not what I would anticipate. Sorry folks
Really good! asian salad was interesting. And was good. Most salad and past are great! For picnic is perfect
Great food and polite staff, only problem was that I received my food a little later than expected. Still a great Cafe and would recommend anyone to stop by.
Broccoli soup never disappoints. Tried a Broccoli chicken bowl was very good. Store was clean service fast and friendly.
It use to be great quality, fast service, and clean. I had to change my rating based on my recent experience. First of all, there was no one to take our orders. We had to order through the Kiosk. It would have been fine except that I, along with those around me, had a lot of difficulty getting the machine to read the card. Once it took, we looked for a place to sit. All of the tables were dirty. There were surface wipes, so we were able to clean the tables. I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich with a soup. The sandwich was skimpy. It had one small thin piece of steak. The broccoli and cheddar soup is always good. I am not sure if there is a staff shortage, but I was disappointed with the quality of the food, the service, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I will not let this one bad experience deter me from visiting again, but if the service doesn't improve, I will have to find a new location.Update: The service has improved since my last visit. I'm happy that things are getting back to normal.
Good lunch and time for chatting with friends at Panera yesterday. The Asian salad was delicious.

Overpriced, low quality. Not the staff's fault, just Panera as a whole isn't that great anymore.
