EXQUISITE PRESENTATION OF BACON APPETIZER. FABULOUS FOOD AND SERVICE!
Food was average, Service was excellent. Sake was room temperature though we asked for cold. Table next to us: one lit a cigarette, server asked them to move, they smoked two feet away on the other side of the railing; another vaped at the table. Smoking should be prohibited both in the restaurant, even at outdoor seating, and within the near vicinity.
The dining room was a really nice setting with an open window setting however the waiter took a while to take our order and then waiting for the food close to an hour. Then when the appetizers came out the food came out the food came out right behind it. All in all the restaurant was fine, I just feel I came in at bad service night. I Probably would go back.

Was seated 20 minutes late for the reservation which I understand bc it is high season and the manager apologised but what followed only got worse. We should have left after waiting a half hour for drinks and the appetiser coming out wrong. Our waiter was practically non existent. When the food came it was underwhelming and it needed salt but no one ever checked on us so we waited and waited. When we asked for it and another glass of wine it took another 15 minutes. Thought we would receive better service at a David Burke restaurant. I have never left a 5% tip and even that was too much for the service we didnât receive. Never going back. It felt like it was all our pleasure to be there as it certainly wasnât their pleasure to serve us.
Hi We went for breakfast but there is no gluten free options available. Also we went at 10:15 and they had switched to the brunch menu but on line when we booked it says breakfast is served until 11;00. Waitress was great but we had to leave because of the limited GF menu!
We ate brunch during a slow time and were taken aback at the complete lack of service and slowness of food. We will never be eating here again.
Wish menu had more options and portions were a tad bigger
Loved sitting outside food was okay service great. Always fun in Saratoga!
