Service caliber has went down. This evening I brought the family in for a meal. The heavy set manager woman could be heard loudly arguing with a door dash foreign guy. After they finally got him out the heavy set manager and other heavy set female worker could be heard using profanity (jackass etc) while I have a almost 3 yr old with me who loves repeating stuff. Really disappointing

I love going to Moe's, especially on Moe's monday. You get so much food for very cheap. This location is always awesome, they pretty much always get my order right if I order online and they're fast as well. Great food, good quality, great prices!

I ordered pick up from this Moe's about 6 months ago and they messed up my order and I swore I would not go there again. My daughter loves them however so yesterday I gave it another try. Picked up two Quesadillas and mine was steak, peppers and onions. Guess what!?!? No steak .... I am not even sure how this restaurant is still functioning. I have not seen an improvement in this particular location in years. Time to try Chipotle!

I've eaten here numerous times and tonight was horrible. I found a long black hair in my food. When I approached the counter to ask if they could remake my food, due to the hair I found and showed them, they made me wait at the end of the line to be taken care of after 3 other people. My food was remade and still no one apologized for what happened. If you're going to work around food your hair should be tied tight and not all over the place including my food. It's common hygiene practices that should be followed by any establishment that serves food. Also the chips were overly salted. It's hard to eat them with queso or salsa when your entire mouth is engulfed in salt. The place was also in disgusting condition between over flowing garbages and very dirty tables. There was plenty of staff to take care of customers and simple cleaning tasks. But apparently social hour and doing whatever is more important. Not a happy person right now.

Line backed up to the door and the staff prioritizing the online orders before the customers that were waiting in line. Took about 25 minutes to get from the door to the cashier. Process improvement should be made to ensure wait times for fast food are not too ridiculous and offer staff the ability to prioritize in person customers.

This place has to have the worst service of anywhere in Saratoga. They have not had ice for three months. The employees spend more time goofing off and flirting with each other than they do helping customers. I make it a point to never go in there unless there is less than two people in line. Anymore you will be in there for an hour. Even when there is two people in line somehow you’re still in there for a half an hour. I wish the food wasn’t so good but it is. The owner needs to admit that the ice machine is broken and buy a new one. Do better Moe‘s

The second time I was here and the ice machine did not have ice. Also, this visit there was no Diet Coke. When I asked about no ice they said “ oh, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t“ without any additional effort to help. The medium salsa was completely empty for at least 10 minutes. Worst experience ever will never come back to this Moes.

service is excellent, fun staff, good food. The manager is always busting her butt working and leading by showing rather than telling.

A very sweaty maskless and ungloved manager identifying as “kayla” was summoned from the back by equally gloveless cook who was wearing a thin cloth around his neck (later pulled it up after being called out for not wearing it over his mouth) to inform me “moes is refusing service to people with out a mask on” (lets ignore the logical fallacy here since the dinning room is full of maskless people but they are sitting so scientifically speaking covid cant get them I guess) anyway….I said I totally understand but unfortunately I have trouble breathing and cannot wear one. However I am more than happy to meet you half way and I asked what legal accommodations she could make. I suggested taking my order outside (roughly 10 feet from the register), taking my order from a table while I sit, allowing me to call it in or anything else she could reasonably come up with. The answer was “no”. “We wont make any legal accommodations” she then said leave or Ill call the sheriff. I said go ahead I spoke to him recently on this topic and he personally assured me no mandates are being enforced in this county either by him or public safety. The “mask law” does not exist.I asked for her employee info and a corporate number to contact. Kayla didnt provide it then whipped out her personal phone and stormed to the back. spent roughly 7 minutes on the phone ignoring me and other guests. The sheriff came and explained to her exactly what I just said. He was able to get kayla to give up the stores contact info fortunately and provides me with the info. The sergeant encouraged me to reach out to “john” the owner of this franchise location. I will be doing so.Look I get things are crazy right now and its important to look out for each others health. However there is no argument here when both employees were not mask (or even just normal food safety) compliant. Its not just hypocritical to tell others to mask up if you refuse to wear one or wear it correctly yourself but in this setting its discriminatory. Worse these people were handling food with out gloves (or masks if that bothers you) but the no gloves is what grosses me out. Especially since they are all constantly fidgeting with face decorations (taking them off, pulling up, adjusting). Stop touching your wet covid mask bare handed before serving people food. Seriously.S

This Place was disgusting. Garbage overflowing in both trash cans. The counters were a mess. Not one single table or booth was cleaned off. There was garbage and napkins all over the floor. They were out of utensils. And there are fruit flies everywhere. Also witnessed a DoorDash driver with her hand up her shirt before grabbing a customers order. And another one rummaging through all the bags on the shelves Trying to find hers.
