Made a stop here with my family on our way to Montreal. This location was great, clean, family friendly and has a separate play area for the kids.Specifically, this McDonalds is very close to gas stations and major highways, has self ordering kiosks, 2 bathrooms(very clean and changing tables), quick service, play area with ample dining table and chairs with high chairs, and a self service drink station.
Was told to pull up to drive-thru slot 1. Waited 15 minutes and someone came out with someone else's order. Waited another 15 minutes and went in. Instead of an apology, I was told I already received my food. I did tell them again what happened and ask for a refund and they did accommodate, but I would have rather had an apology. They were not very busy at the time, or I would have been more understanding- about the repeated errors, not the complete lack of basic manners.
Great Food! Great Service! Employees show alot of Care and Concern for the customer's! They have a wonderful Play area for the Children too.
I would be more satisfied if the food at this McDonald's always sucked. It's just totally inconsistent. Good one time, cold the next, dried out the next. Please, just pick a lane.
The manager who works there, Anthony, is doing a great job. He cares about customer service and he is very supportive of the workers and treats them with respect and it shows how much they love him. Please give this man a raise for his outstanding work..?
Well organized and managed restaurant. Service was quick and food delivered timely. Staff were very helpful to patrons using self service kiosks. Will dine here again.
Here is all you need to know about this "business" in our community. My wife with MS and our 4 year old granddaughter were refused access to a restroom while I went through their drive through line. My wife had to walk with her to the Del Taco where she almost wet her pants. Thank you, Saratoga Springs McDonalds, you'll never see us again
I grew up on McDonald's mom fed it to me almost everyday I'm 5 ft 8 160 lb and as healthy as an ox.... It's not about what you eat it's about how much you eat remember to chew your food good and only eat a proportioned meal just because you get a super size fry and drink doesn't mean you need to drink it all or eat every one of them this McDonald's even with a full line back to the roaring Booth is fast Pace got its food out to me hot and ready the way I wanted it and they'll do the same for you as long as you're clear about your order whether or not you want salt on your fries or no pickles on your cheeseburger they'll give it to you the way you ask so don't expect them to be mind readers if you tell them what you want you'll get it that way if you just give them an order number it comes the way it looks on the menu
Good food. Probably isn't the best idea to order at night, the orders come out very slow and takes a long time with the long line in the drive through as well.
McDonalds has tried to make ordering as easy as possible by designating numbers for the meals. Three things!! Two are always the same. Drink and fries. The third is a sandwich. Sounds easy. If I were the CEO of the company I would think it’s full proof!! Unfortunately It’s not. The employees that McDonald’s hires can’t handle it. They are too concerned with text messages, Instagram and blue hair dye… possibly video games. Sad really. They never get it right.
