I visited the ballston spa McDonald’s twice in the last two weeks and the first time the nuggets were so hard neither myself nor my son could eat them, fries were old, and they gave me the wrong pies we ordered… back again today. Chicken nuggets were old, fries were old. The only thing we eatable were the pies! Never returning!

I just was at the drive thru here and as my sister and I were ordering the lady didn’t repeat any of it back and there wasn’t a screen confirming she was getting the order right, she also didn’t tell us the price so when we went to the first window the guy was repeating a bunch of different orders that weren’t ours and when he finally got it we went to the next window. I ordered a large iced caramel mocha, first they gave me someone else’s small Caramel frappe, then they gave me a large caramel frappe after I told them I order a large ice caramel mocha.. then I finally after a few tries got what they believe I ordered which ended up just being a iced Carmel coffee which still wasn’t right. As this was all going on there were employees laughing and asking what the difference was between the two drinks which was a bit strange in my opinion since they work at McDonald’s. It’s usually rare that I have a bad experience somewhere but this time it just seemed so chaotic.
Standard McDonald's experience. They are very friendly here and they are always on point with your order. Happy to say I've never had an issue here!!
McDonald's in Wilton, N.Y. is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Always screwing up. Always making you pull up or park for your order. I should not have to go through a fast food drive thru and get told to go park and wait when all I ordered was a drink while i watch customers behind getting their order and drive away. Please explain that to me. I understand how things work. I've given 5 years of my life to this kind of job. I get things go wrong or people don't show up etc etc. But this is an almost all the time thing. I go to other McDonald's and don't have this issue. And this has been an issue for a long time. There's a lot more I can bring up too. But I'm sick of typing about this. If you're hungry and in a rush, then stay far away from Mcdonalds in Wilton, N.Y. Store #3003
1.20.22 @ 10:30pm I ordered a caramel ice coffee in the drive thru.. what the hell did they gave me.. taste like dish water with sugar not even a hint of coffee to taste
The McDonald's on south Broadway has fairly consistent good quality fast food. Big negative was their ice covered sidewalk, days after the ice storm hit Saratoga. Jan 2022. The Broadway sidewalk and wheel chair ramp was a quarter inch sheet of ice. Nearby sidewalks were cleared of ice.
Before u drive off make sure your french fries are hot my dad got into an argument because the lady thought we wanted extra food but we just wanted our food to be hot not room temperature! If we paid for the food it should be hot not feel like it's been sitting in the bag for a while
Had a unusually long wait in the drive thru possibly understaffed, like the whole world atm. Food was hot, fresh and good
Staff working 10/29 during the evening rush were so warm and friendly, really good team of workers.
