Been there once. As other reviews mentioned. It. Was. Amazing. I've been to other KFCs and this was awesome! I'm hoping I'll keep my 5 stars but keep you posted as I keep visiting.Everyone who says they aren't nice? It's super busy most of the time and it's hard to focus on doing your job and being nice. Let things settle before we judge.
We're fried chicken fans and have always appreciated a good bucket of Original Recipe at KFC, but WHAT has happened to this location? The Queensbury location (owned by the same corporation) does a far better job than this one. We vowed we'd never return to the Saratoga Springs KFC but hunger got the better of us and we ordered an 8-piece original. When we got home and opened the bucket, we were aghast at the tiny, overcooked pieces of chiclen. Jagged sharp bones were sticking out of some pieces, skin was hanging off most of the pieces. It looked like it had been slammed to the ground and roughed up, which, judging by the rough trade behiind the counter, could have been a real possibility. Unwilling to force our way through this awful-tasting chicken, we brought it back. The manager was very understanding and offered to replace it, but the replacement wasn't any better. It was piping hot, but the same war-torn look, jagged bones, and sopping with grease that hadn't been properly blotted. At this point we gave up, cut our losses and won't go back. Food nowadays isn't cheap, even fast-food chicken, but its insulting to have higher prices and plummeting quality. Oh, and the tables were dirty. Nice touch. Do better, people.

Took my father and the chicken was great almost as good as the competition but I was raised on a different source so unfortunately for them to me they always be second choice no matter how good it is don't get me wrong it's great food
Everything we come to this kfc to get chicken tenders we are told they don’t sell 5 pc or 6 pc chicken tenders and then we get charged more every time we get a order, we always have issues with this kfc and won’t do business with them anymore
Asked for a sandwich and soda. Tried to charge for a meal and tell me it was cheaper. Wasn't.And if you put it 9n your card they take forever to refund it.Not a good place to go.
Food was consistent with KFC standards, but drive thru line was long
Very rude was ordering at the drive-through and got cut off and they gonna tell me what they gonna give me with my order very rude will never go there again They need to get better workers that know how to treat customers with good customer service.
