Definitely the best bbq and homemade ice cream around! With a constant rotation of ice cream flavors there is always something for everyone to enjoy. The menu is on the smaller side but everything is fantastic. The meat is always juicy and flavorful. The Mac and cheese goes so well with the bbq, and the sauce isn't necessary but adds so much to the meal. The owner is one of a kind, nice as heck and will always make sure to do right by the customer. Thank you as always Bruce!
This is a little slice of magic nestled in by Saratoga, Wilton and Schuylerville. The BBQ smoked at this place has to be the absolute definitive stop for BBQ in the entire area. Brisket is oh so tender and juicy and you can always expect a beautiful smoke ring and wonderful bark. The Ribs are difficult to get because they go out of stock quickly, but they also have that beautiful smoke ring and are fall off the bone tender. The pulled pork and pulled chicken are absolutely perfect. Moist and succulent with that perfect kiss of smoke. None of these need any sauce, but the sauce here is homemade and actually adds additional flavor to the meats! Gold Q, Smokey Q, Honey Q, Sweet Q; all of these BBQ sauces are excellent choices for any palate. All the sides are glorious, but the Mac and cheese is actually homemade and delicious! Mix the meat with the Mac and you'll have a grand ol' time! Then, for dessert, all of the ice cream is homemade and has to my top pick for ice cream in this area. Plus, the owner is a genuinely good man who puts in the work, love, creativity and patronage into the community and it really shows. If you haven't stopped yet, you absolutely need to if you're a lover of excellent BBQ and ice cream!
Absolutely an amazing experience the food was fantastic rest in the area I believe and Bruce the owner was fantastic with giving us lots of tastings and words of wisdom about his ice cream and barbecuing experiences! Absolutely highly recommend????

Awesome local spot! We order the brisket trough (a small combo meal) good enough to fill you up. The owner gave a great demo on the 4 bbq sauces that are made in house; take his recommendations! Our brisket came with a delicious Mac n cheese.BBQ + ice cream, no better combo in the world for a road trip.
I gotta say this place is fantastic! The food is incredible, Owner and woman who runs the counter are excellent. Everyone must try this place, food is delicious and fast service. Wife and I stopped by yesterday and had Smoked chicken sandwich with a mixed mustard sauce, Mac and cheese and brisket. It’s on a very quiet place and beautiful area in country. Great place to eat and to get away from overpriced crowded places to eat in Saratoga Springs. A must try!!! Will be back often…
My 15 year old daughter and I tried this place tonight based on recommendations. The pulled pork was yummy and flavorful. The ice cream was fabulous! I love the idea of the wholesome ingredients.
Kaleidoscope Cafe is an experience to remember for sure! From the knowledgeable sweet staff, the owner sharing her passion for her business, and the wonderful fresh food and coffee! The flavors of the coffee were so rich and decadent. The Mexican breakfast sandwich still has my mouth watering!

Absolutley amazing, the owner, Bruce, is an absolutely amazing guy and produces a+ food. Had the brisket trough, the red velvet ice cream and the sweet chery ice cream with fudge, was fantastic. Will certainly be back throughout the summer.
