The Burgers are usually consistently good at all Five Guys including this one. Last few times I've gone it's been off though. Today my 1/4 inch thick burger was raw, bun wasn't toasted and was soggy. I like my 9 dollar burgers medium but not at fast food joints.
Food was always great here, raised the price of burgers to over $8 but never raised employee wages. Disgusting. I won’t be returning until you compensate your employees for their services. $15/h is not nearly enough in 2022 for a company with that makes over $10,000 in sales daily at this location alone. $8 for a burger and you don’t even start your employees at a higher wage than Burger King.

Greatest fast food place ever! The food is high quality and taste great, especially their milkshakes. The place is pricey but, it's worth it.
I placed an online order, two burgers and fries, and was given a pickup time. I arrived one minute after the pickup time. I was told to wait for my food.After 15-20 minutes of waiting, I asked for an update and was told it was not ready yet. In the meantime, I saw both online and in store customers enter, place orders and leave with food while I waited.Eventually I got my food, after waiting 25 minutes in store.

TerrIble service! Called ahead to order food . Was asked to hold.. 15 minutes later still on hold. Drove there while on hold. Had to place my order and wait. What's the point of having 7: people working and NO ONE taking call orders.
