The food was excellent. The was salsa fresh and homemade. It is hard to imagine a more authentic experience. The people were welcoming and the service exceptional. The free desert was just enough and made us feel we were in Oaxaca.
Was too hungry to click the photo of dishes we ordered, but have clicked the complimentary chips and dessert they provide. Both of them are really tasty. Ordered the combo dishes containing chicken Burrito, tacos, enchiladas, chimichanga. The quantity of this combo is good enough for two people if not too hungry. Their rice and beans is tasty and the sauce is especially great. The chicken tacos are okayish. Overall good vibes, reasonably priced, nice staff and huge space with tasty food.
We frequent the restaurant all the time I live 45 miles away and we always love their food it is amazing and we usually come there once a week last night we arrived around 915 we walk in the door to wait to be seated there’s a gentleman standing there and a female waitress and I say they say oh great we’re just getting ready to close they walk us to a table they slam down the menus and then the waitress comes over a minute later and was like are you all set to order before you even had a chance to look at the menu our food comes out within about 10 minutes she comes over about two minutes later and asked us if we’re all set I said at that point just bring me a to go box couldn’t even finish our dinner just very rude and unprofessional just made us feel very uncomfortable and it wasn’t like we’re tourist or locals and we take the trip down there and spend money at their restaurant if I owned that restaurant I would’ve fired them both that is not how you treat faithful customers
Food was delicious and serving portions were more than filling! The chips they bring out at the beginning, then the meal you order, then the free dessert they bring out at the end…. So worth it and you will leave more than feeling stuffed! Will absolutely eat here again!
We stop.here while we were visiting Saratoga and were impressed with the food and service. The Chalupas were great and the Three Amigo dish was excellent as well. The Guacamole was fantastic and the complimentary salsa and chips was very nice. The price was very reasonable a d will stop here again when we come back to Saratoga
The restaurant was highly recommended by family. The food was outstanding. The salsa and chips were very fresh. They bring a cheese quesadilla to you as an appetizer. We ordered the Mexican grill and a combination platter. There is a great collection of tequilas to try. We waited a short time but the staff was very organized. The decor is so festive with artwork and color.
This is just an awesome old school experience. I loved the festive decor and super friendly servers. Free chips and salsa, check! Free quesadillas, check! Plus a nice selection of tequila. We'll be back.
Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Saratoga. Tacos are flavorful and arranged perfectly, there are tons of delicious drinks to choose from, and the whole place has an extremely welcoming atmosphere. And as a bonus, the waiters are some of the most jolly people I’ve ever met. You can tell they enjoy working here. So I definitely recommend this place, especially for families!
Stopped in for dinner on a Wednesday. Not busy at all. Staff was efficient and friendly. We were brought chips and salsa right away and server took our drink order. Marguerita was excellent... ask for Cuervo Gold. We both ordered Chicken Fajitas. They came quickly and were pretty good. Chicken strips were a bit on the thick and chewy side and didn't seem to have been marinated for very long. I guess each chef has his/her own process. In any case, they were totally acceptable. Portion very large... we took home leftovers. At the end of our meal, server offered free tequila shots which we, of course, accepted. We were each brought a dessert churro as well. Nice touch. We will probably go back to try other entrees.
Wow! If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would! Amazing service, delicious food, great portions. We snarfed our entire meal before I got a picture but it was huge! They start with a huge plate of warm chips and salsa (which are fantastic), a little mini cheese quesadilla, and after the meal (highly recommend their combos) they served us a free mini dessert which was so delicious. Since it was Valentine’s Day, they even gave this beautiful rose! So thoughtful and kind. To anyone visiting or stopping through you MUST eat here!
